1000 Pieces Jigsaw Puzzle

This is one of the most difficult puzzles I've ever worked on, but I like them that way. A poster that is exactly the size of the puzzle is provided, though that's not always helpful since most of the colors are dark, and Van Gogh's style was very painterly--i.e., it's difficult to tell where one area ends and another begins. Puzzle pieces are sturdy and colors match the picture. Very satisfying puzzle if you like them really puzzling!

Nice thick and heavy pieces. Fit well. The full sized poster was a great addition because it is large enough to see the fine details. Fairly difficult puzzle. Ignore the "zone" lettering on the backs of the pieces - that really just changes it into 6 or 8 (I don't remember now how many zones there were) smaller, easier puzzles. My only real complaint is that the colors are not even close to the original. But, that's a minor quibble. A puzzle is a puzzle - not a piece of art.

Really high quality: good picture repro, and thick pieces. Also: really hard! The tones change subtly across the whole puzzle. Luckily, the pieces are coded on the back with which of 6 sections they fall into, so if you sort them, it’s like doing 6 smaller puzzles, which makes it manageable.

The puzzle is made of high quality materials. The pieces fit very well. But be warned - it's a very difficult puzzle. The picture is fuzzy, because that's how Van Gogh painted it. So be prepared for a challenge if you like one. The letters on the back of the puzzle can be very helpful in that regard.

This was the first 1000 piece puzzle for me. I enjoyed it immensely, partially because of the letters on the back that divided it into 6 sections. It had a full size poster with it so that I could match pieces to places in the puzzle. Great cuts, no dust, pieces fit well without fitting into wrong places. It was truly a dream puzzle so that I looked for other puzzles by this maker. I haven't had another puzzle as high quality since this one.

UPDATE. I contacted seller and they replaced it. I'm really happy with this beautiful puzzle!!!It's a really pretty puzzle. I'm just sad that there was a piece missing :( not sure how to contact the seller for this issue.

I love doing puzzles featuring artists' works. I don't think I have ever seen this particular Van Gogh in person so it was fun to "see" all the details. The puzzle did have the fields of location designated by the ABCs which I particularly like. You can decide if you want to use the extra help or just do it on your own. The puzzle quality was very good.

Challenging puzzle! Usually we can bang out a 1000 piece puzzle in less than a day. This puzzle is taking several days! Thank goodness the pieces are grouped by letters on the back A -F otherwise this would be really be a challenge. For those of you looking for a week long puzzle workout, don’t use the back of the letter grouping.
