It seems I need both and I like how I feel -- clear mind, good energy, and stable mood. I will see what my next lab tests show in terms of my blood sugar (A1C in particular) to know for sure, but so far so good! I have bought more since that first bottle because I don't want to run out!

I have CIDP! After two weeks of taking this the sharp pains went away in my feet! However it did upset my tummy! Now I only use for a few days every couple of months!

I've always had a problem controlling my blood sugar levels particularly my A1C readings. My A1C readings stayed around 7.2-7.7 for the last 2 years. I read that this product was being used in Europe and was very effective in reducing leg and foot pain and blood sugar readings . I started using one capsule in the evening before I went to bed. Great results for the last 9 months my A1C readings were 6.2. So naturally I did a little experimenting. I started taking one capsule in the morning and 1 at night. I then started eating everything I wanted. Even had root beer floats every evening for a week. In 3 months my next A1C reading was 6.4. I certainly have seen excellent results with this supplement.

Haven't found a better price for the same 300 mg of RALA. You can find lots of RALA for much less, but by the time you add up all the caps you'd have to take for the same amount found here you'll be paying even more. Or worse, you can find all kinds of just ALA but do some research... trust me you won't want that.I ran out and felt cheap so I quit taking it for a while... my blood sugar wound up spiking and the neuropathy in my feet spiked as well so I got more and my blood sugars are back down now. (the neuropathy takes a bit longer to be affected) Not saying it is all related to taking the RALA (which I stack with ALCAR) but it does seem interesting that once I went back on it things got better...

It gave me diahrea. It stopped when I dc'd it.
