DDTOP Museum Collection Puzzles for Adults 1000 Piece, Difficult Gustav Klimt Famous Oil Painting-The Kiss Jigsaw Puzzle, Challenge Yourself with 1000 Piece Puzzles

The puzzle we received was missing MANY pieces, almost all in the same area. It was maddening. Unacceptable for a jigsaw puzzle to be missing pieces when purchased brand new.

I had thought that the picture of this puzzle was of the oil painting, but it was of the watercolor. This meant that the large solid-color areas made for multiple pieces that are indistinguishable one from another and hard to determine if they actually fit. Worse still is the thinness and shape of the pieces. Not the classic jigsaw puzzle cuts, which also makes it more difficult to determine if pieces actually fit or are simply so similar that they seem to fit. It made the fatal error of boring me.

First, there were two missing peices! I live alone with no pets so there is no chance the pieces got lost accidentally. In addition the quality of image and pieces was poor. One plus was the actual size poster that came with the puzzle.

This is a terrible quality puzzle! Picture is very muted and printed on low quality cardboard with an odd smell. Instructions (and everything else) are written in Asian. Hope to get my money back.

The quality of puzzle is good. However, the resolution of the art is extremely low (which was not obvious from the photo in the website). I did a puzzle for the same art made by Eurographics with a lot higher resolution - so once you complete the puzzle you could have the art as if it is real. This one is not even close. Everything is blurry.

EDIT: I bought a second puzzle in hopes of replacing the broken pieces of the first since I had already started. I was shipped what looks like a horribly made knock off. The pieces are blurry and pixelated, there’s no way this is the same puzzle. Do not buy this, it’s a complete rip off.It’s an absolutely beautiful puzzle, and I was excited to frame it. However, a few of the pieces are damaged. The color part comes away from the puzzle piece.

Almost finished with this puzzle just to notice THREE missing pieces. >:(They say to contact them, but there's no contact info.Plus the picture is blury. :(

The picture was very vivid, unique sized pieces but the quality was poor. Top of puzzle piece came off of some of the puzzleI brought 20x30 frame and extended the picture with the poster that was in box. Waiting my matt frame to make it look more professional.
