Delicious cookies
I bought these because I needed a healthier chocolate chip cookie. You get three bags with your order, and each bag contains 8 small cookies, or 2 servings worth of cookies. The whole bag, which I ate in one sitting, contains 300 calories. The fat in these cookies are high to satisfy the appetite. Normally, I would eat cookies and be hungry afterwards. I feel satisfied and probably won't eat dinner because my stomach feels nice and sufficiently full, but not stuffed or uncomfortable. The cookies use sugar alcohol like erythritol and also contain stevia extract. The cookies have a sweet taste but it is not overpowering, nor does it have an unpleasant sugar alternative taste. This is a gluten free and palm oil free product, which really attracted me to it, because I am not a fan of palm oil in so many keto or low carb products. If you are looking for a really nice snack that actually satisfies, I recommend these delicious cookies. I purchased the chocolate chip flavor. Very good. The cookies are a little crumbly because they do not have flour. They are a mixture of almond, coconut, and arrowroot flour. The taste is really good. My only caveat is that they say keto cookies, but some hardcore keto dieters do not use arrowroot flour. I would say for a paleo or low carb maintenance diet or lifestyle these work better for because the carbs are in general higher than many 20 a day keto followers, but honestly, the whole bag is 24 carbs and 6 are fiber. There is only 1 gram of sugar and 11g of sugar alcohols. I did a blood sugar reading before and after, from 82 to 83, so I am going to say these should not not raise bs or cause spikes in someone who would be nondiabetic as me. I can really only speak for myself, but this is a nice snack and if you are looking for something that is a healthier alternative to oreos, this would be it. Delicious!

Good keto option, tastes pretty good
Update: I realized that after trying them again a few days later, they are actually pretty good. Of course they don’t taste like the standard high sugar cookies, but they are a great alternative. The texture is still crumbly, but is a good option, especially if on the go.These are a very convenient keto cookie option, but they tasted just ok. They didn’t seem very sweet and were very crumbly. Also, it didn’t seem like there was much chocolate chips in them. I was hoping to really like these, but don’t think I would be ordering them again especially considering the price. Maybe another flavor would taste better.

SuperFat = Good Fat! Tasty & Pretty Healthy Too.
I’m a big time cookie aficionado, but these days I’m much more picky about both flavor & what I put into my body. That’s why I really like these cookies. Maybe it’s just my hyper-sensitive taste buds... Just 1 cookie & I could taste the almond-coconutty goodness. Delish! My biggest gripe about gluten free products: they’re full of *crap* ingredients: potato or tapioca starch as a first ingredient? NO THANK YOU! These are made with almonds, almond flour & coconut flour m, and it’s so obvious from the taste. Compare these to the average GF treat and overall, they’re really worth the $.If I had one thing I’d say to SuperFat LLC, the makers of the product, it’s this: reconsider the sweeteners you’re using, please. Personally I’d prefer they were sweetened by naturally-derived Stevia alone. It’s a better sugar substitute and has even been shown to have health benefits. Studies show it’s better for our teeth. Also: 2013 study also showed it’s actually toxic to many forms of cancer. Pretty friggin amazing!Maybe they won’t increase the Stevia, but if they’re going to stick w/ Erythritol, I’d really appreciate if the product was certified non-GMO in addition to being certified GF & Keto — both big pluses. Realistically, as the 2nd ingredient, this matters to me. It’s possible (even likely) that the Erythritol was sourced from GMO corn starch, as most products containing this sugar alcohol are. Not great, right? So fix this 1 issue PLEASE & I’ll be a fan of these cookies for life!Another important note on Erythritol: DO NOT gobble these cookies up in 1 sitting, or it may upset your stomach &/or cause unmentionable bathroom issues. Yep, another downside of sugar alcohol that everyone should be aware of.Even having said all that, I still really like these & am likely to purchase them again. I’ll just have to be really careful about how often I do so, that’s all... unless/until they reconsider their sweeteners & modify them for people like me, who’d ideally want *it all* when it comes to their sweet tooth: tasty & 100% good for me too. It’d be 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 then!Really hope they read this, btw... ;)Thx @MsHeatherGrace

Decent Keto Cookie
First of all, I love that these three packages come in a box. It just was a nice experience. The cookies taste great- they are Keto and have a slight cooling effect because of the sweetener, so no one would mistake them for a full-carb cookie. BUT, as someone who doesn't eat sugar and tries to stay away from simple carbs without eating a calorie bomb, this satisfies my sweet tooth. This order contains about six total servings. Four mini cookies does not seem like a large serving, but due to its ingredients, I am perfectly satisfied with that amount. And I love that the butter is grass-fed! The only thing I would recommend is adding a little more salt or something to cut the sweetness.

Guilt free cookies!
Never tried Keto cookies before but have tried many other "Keto" snacks that did not even come close to the real thing. The worst part is a lot of other brands advertise as keto yet are loaded with sugar and carbs. Guess there are no rules regarding being able to slap a keto label on anything.Needless to say I was a bit skeptical about these cookies. Upon looking at the nutrition facts, everything seems to check out. They actually taste like cookies! Similar to texture of an almond cookie and sweet in a very non artificial tasting way. Portions are perfect unlike the gigantic pepperidge farms cookies where one cookie has as many calories as a meal. Overall a very guilt-free way to enjoy cookies.
