These work amazing I got these for my son for birthday and he loves them and his friend say they have extremely good audio.i wish they came wireless

These headphones worked on my computer but not for my son's xbox one which is what they were ordered for. The lights only work when connected to a USB which was disappointing for my son as that was one of the main features he liked. The headphones themselves worked but we could never get the mic working. Maybe just defective or maybe not compatible with his gaming system. Will be returning.

I brought this gaming headset for my 11 yr old son to play with his friends online.Unfortunately the microphone on the headset worked for the first two days and now it is not working.I need to find out how to return it and get a refund or for an exchange.I am disappointed because it took so long to be delivered.
