Great Commuting Tire
I love these tires for my mountain bikes. I've also tried other slick mountain bike tires from Schwalbe and Continental but I like these a whole lot more even though they were cheaper and take less pressure. I like the look, ride, light weight and ease of mounting. I have them on four different sets of 26" rims that I use on five different bikes. I have both the 1.5 inch and 1.75 inch versions. Prefer the 1.5s because they look better and neither size does well in deep soft sand or mud anyway. I ride them mainly on pavement commuting and recreation but know I always have the option of taking a rough gravel trail which I often do for fun. What I discovered with these tires is that my 10 mile commute is just as easy and fast on a basic aluminum mountain bike and these tires as it is on my custom made Calfee carbon commuting road bike. The advantage is that if am surprised by a hole in the pavement or pavement that has been stripped for resurfacing it's no problem. The tires do fine on wet pavement and wet RR crossings where I've had problems on road tires and knobby mountain bike tires. I've never had a flat but because I ride so many different bikes and wheel sets I've never put 1,000 miles on one of these. I did have a sidewall blowout but determined it was caused by a mis-aligned rim brake shoe that touched the sidewall and wore through the threads.

I put these on my commuter and love the ride to work on them
Fast and really smooth out the road. I put these on my commuter and love the ride to work on them. Lots of potholes and rolling ascents are easily handled. No punctures so far, and they were easy to mount. I am about 175 lbs and inflate these to about 60psi. Good grip in the rain and a comfy and fast feeling ride. They look great, and I highly recommend them. A good alternative to the Compass tires I wanted but didn't want to spend the cash. Looking to buy some of their race tires next.

Perfect balance
These tires have the look I was after for a bike build, but I was pleasantly surprised by the performance of the tire. Excellent balance between roll, traction and cushion. I really don't notice any roll difference between these and teh Vittoria Rubino Pro IIIs that I run on my road bike. I will definitely buy these again.

THIS is the tire you've been looking for to replace those fat slow heavy treads!
I've been riding these (folding and wire bead) for 20 years. Best 26" in slick clincher out there! Lightweight, long lasting, I've gone multi-years without flats, super grippy, on rainy & dry pavement (except taking hard corners on sandy pavement). Highly recommended!

Intensely subtle ride improvement
So, I put 32's on my Giant OCR, replacing some low end brand X 23's. They're great. My bike feels pretty much the same, except that all the roads that were too rough to ride on before, (lots of them in Humboldt co. CA), are now no big deal.

Perfect 27" Bicycle Tire
Outstanding product! Perfect for old school Road Bike restoration. The 27" x 1" size is a thinner profile than the 27" x 1 1/4" so it does't look like a balloon tire. The bead snaps into place no problem even the casting looks great. Easy install by hand with the folding bead. Very high quality.

Very good tandem tire reasonable fast
I used these for riding on rough roads/forest roads where the slicks are just to thin/fragile on my road/cross bike (swapping tires). But I especially I use them on my tandem. It is amazing how nice it rides on a road tandem with 370lbs load when pumped up to 110psi. The wear is also very good given the load and speeds of the tandem.Due to the thread pattern they do have higher rolling resistance than the slicks but no surprises here. As you can see from the pics they are directional but the thread looks larger in the pics than in it actually is.I got one puncture but nothing major and patching the tube solved it. Comparing these on a tandem (high load) with other tires on my road bike (lower load) it is clear these tires are more puncture resistant. But when it comes to punctures your mileage may vary :)Happy riding!

I purchased the 700x38m and they ride exceptionally well. These are on my commuter and have decided to get 32m for my touring bike. I'll provide a follow up review after the next 1k miles.

Desempeño medio
Su desempeño sobre pavimento no es tan óptimo como otros modelos para bici urbana (Bontrager h2). Quizá por estar nuevas, al frenar, no hay suficiente agarre. Se ven útiles para terrecería mediana o sencilla.
