Works well for taping to reduce forehead wrinkles!
I'm 29 and starting to develop resting forehead wrinkles from making facial expressions. I don't want to use botox if I can help it, and I've tried Frownies patches for wrinkles, but they were often time consuming to apply, and the adhesive smelled and took longer to dry, so I was curious if kinesiology tape could have a similar effect but with an easier and faster application. And it does! I've been using it each day for about a week to tape over forehead wrinkles by stretching out the area of skin and putting the tape over the wrinkled areas, and it significantly decreases the appearance of wrinkles, especially in the first few hours or so after I take the tape off! I've also read that you can have even longer lasting wrinkle reduction if you are consistent and continue to tape over wrinkles for months, so that's what I'll continue to do. I usually use two layers of this tape to make it more sturdy, and I cut the pieces of tape to cover most of my forehead. The tape itself is very comfortable, and it can help you be more aware when you're making facial expressions since you feel the tape when you do so. However, at rest, you can wear it all day and almost forget that you have it on since it's so comfortable. I'm someone who always gets a rash with normal medical tape, but this tape doesn't cause any irritation or redness at all! I can wear it all day without it bothering me. Overall I would definitely recommend it if you're curious about alternatives to frownies for treating wrinkles from facial movement. It's much easier to be consistent with applying it each day since all you have to do is stick tape on (rather than use water and then wait for adhesive to stick), and you can keep it on longer since the tape is more comfortable than the hard papier mache consistency of hardened frownies patches. It doesn't form a hard splint in the same way frownies would to totally prevent movement, but for just basic forehead wrinkles, this tape is still effective.

Perfect for sensitive skin, and to use as mouth tape!
I have sensitive skin, so using KT tape has always been a double edged sword for me. Sure it helps with muscle pain, but the rash and itching from the adhesive was the worst.Since getting this tape, I’m able to treat my pains as needed without the itching, without the rash, and with a pretty good hold! Also works great as mouth tape.

Better than non sensitive, but still…
Still irritating to the skin. I do have very sensitive skin though, so just beware if you’re like me. Also, try the smith&nephew skin prep pads before application and it helps with removal.

Great for stomach separation during pregnancy
35 weeks pregnant and have tried all different brands of tape....this is the first one that doesn’t make my skin feel like it’s on fire! And ZERO rash! I think when it comes to sensitivity and kinesiology tape, you truly have to just try the different kinds to see what adhesives agree with your skin. I’m so thankful for this brand and I’m sorry to the people who’s skin it bothers - keep trying other brands :) For me, I finally have something that works and helps my diastacis recti IMMENSELY! The tape adhesive also lasts a long time on my skin, even when I put lotion on my belly after the shower. I do let it dry for a few hours or a day before taping it again so my skin isn’t as oily from lotion when taping. Anyway it lasts 3-7 days depending on my showering patterns. I also am able to take off the strips dry if I need to and get zero rash. Other brands I would have to get them wet to get them off without breaking out all over. Anyway - if you’re on the fence about this brand and other brands bother you - just give it a try! Best $20 I have spent during my pregnancy!

Works, and great for sensitive skin
Before trying this tape made for sensitive skin I tried another kinesiology tape. When I removed the other tape it damaged my skin. So I tried this. It works just as well for pain relief and speeding healing of pulled muscles and doesn't damage my skin when I take it off. Only issue I have is that sometimes it starts to come off along the edges. It's worth dealing with that to have it be easier on my skin.

Best. Tape. Ever.
I'm a martial artist in my mid-30s so at this point I'm basically held together by tape. Every single brand of tape has left me with rashes from the adhesive or the tape material itself, but this gentle tape has been fantastic and holds up so much better than other gentle brands. If you apply it well (clean the area with alcohol prior to application, round the edges, apply with the correct percentage of stretch, rub it in place to create friction/heat after application, etc.) then it can last for a few days, even through showers and baths. If I try to pull it off too early or when it's dry, then I will get some irritation, but nothing near to what regular kinesiology tape causes. I've found that I can usually peel it off pretty gently in the shower once it's soaked through, but if I just leave it and let it dry after it's good to go for another day. I do have trouble with it gaping/losing adhesion if I cross it over itself at a joint (e.g. overlapping tape on my knee), but this tape has literally saved my body and my training so I've figured out ways around it. I think I've bought at least one roll every month of the past year.

Tape must have changed
I've purchased this type several times in the past. It was one of the only brands that a good balance of adhesion and working with my sensitive skin (I breakout to other brands of Kinesio tape). The formula / tape must have changed. I used one piece of the new role and within hours broke out in a reaction to the tape.
