New carb air cleaner doesn't fit the cover
New Air cleaner had to be used with this carb, but the original cover doesn't fit the new air cleaner.

It Works Well on MS 260 Pro
Intstalled in 5 minutes tuned close enough to start right out of the box, after a little tweaking with the H L saw runs like a top. Plenty of power

Don't buy this trash, go with OEM
Thought I'd try this for my Stihl MS 260.I mainly needed to replace the carb, fuel filter, and fuel line.I thought I may as well try this kit before spending $50-$100 for all the OEM parts, but let me save you some time if you have a MS 260. Go with OEM.The Carb: seems all the same except the idle adjustment screws are im different spots. So to get it to fit you have to remove the little rubber boot that keeps crap from getting in there.Fuel line: as others stated on here, its too long and kinks.Impulse line: for my saw the hose was too big and it didnt fit at allBoot that goes from cylinder to carb was poorly manufactured and has seam lines that makes me wonder if it will seal.Air filter is starting to split out of the box.and based on all the rest i wouldn't trust the fuel filter.Some of the reviews people said they got it to work, some didnt. it was worth a try but today i went down to my local all american saw shop and ordered real Stihl parts. They cost quite a bit more but as they are real parts I'm sure they will work.

Doesn't fit 024 AV
Line is to long, filter doesn't sit correctly in tank, carburator isn't correct replacement, air filter also is not. Your saw will indeed run with this but you'll be replacing the rear cover, and it will not pull fuel long before the tank is empty. Saw runs good with it I will say that much........but can't fully assemble it after install and you can only run on about 3/4 of the fuel tank.

Works GREAT
I installed it on my KUBOTA Zero Turn (25 HP Kawasaki). The Kubota shop wanted $380 to clean and refurbish my old carb.4 bolts, 2 springs , a new fuel filter...........Runs sooo good............LIKE NEWThanks

Good kit
Got my chainsaw up and running in no time! The only complaint is you dont get the right impulse hose for a stihl 026 which is what i have. But good kit otherwise

Supplied fuel hose is weak and pinches easy, spend more on an original fuel hose
