Only one of the light modes legal for use on British roads.
Great light, easy to fit, nice and bright with a decent battery life (rechargeable via USB).Has a number modes for the light.Red SolidGreen SolidBlue SolidRed/Green Alternating flashRed/Blue Alternating flashBlue/Green Alternating flashRed/Blue/Green Alternating flashUnfortunately, for use on a vehicle (including bicycle), in the UK, you're not permitted to use Blue (Emergency Services) or Green (Doctor) lights.. meaning that other than the Solid Red mode is the only permissable mode that can be used.I knew this before buying, so nothing that I am holding against the light. However, it would be nice to have had the option for a flashing red option as well, hence the 4 out of 5☆.Legalities in other countries may vary, so some may allow use of the other modes, always best to check before using.

Brighter than bright.
Found them easy to install and very effective Initially had to rethink the placement of them as they are designed for a round pipe as opposed to a basket. But managed to find a way & they work & provide ample lighting at the back of the trike

Extremely bright but after a few months of hardly any use one is faulty
Updated review. Very bright lights but unfortunately one was left out in the rain and now will not turn off. Trying to drain it entirely to see if I can reset it. Saying that, the battery lasts ages and is taking ages to drain. One still works ok and they are extremely bright lights but perhaps not very waterproof.

Suffers from damp
really bright lights with a really good contrast between the different light colours. But once they get damp from riding roads and tracks these lights do suffer from either shining bright white or just turning off. Once these lights have been dried out on the radiator they work well.I'm sure other lights will have a better set of seals stop the water getting inside.

Lights bright, get you noticed BUT... Colour Combos illegal in the UK
Lights are bright!. But they look cheap! The cover over the charging port isn’t great. I honestly wouldn’t tryst them in the wet, but who knows.I do use them, but the light combos do get you noticed by drivers & the police, who love to chat, and not just about the trike I’m riding, lol.Firstly, any flashing blue light, in any combination is for emergency vehicles in the UK, Green is reserved for registered Doctor use! Using the Red/Blue Flashing combo will get you stopped and could even get you points and a fine if you gave a driving license. How do I know? By being pulled over and warned, a number of times, lol.Static colours you may get away with, but who knows. In some ways, you could try get away with the Red/Green or the Blue/Green or all three colours, but anything Blue, could be a good talking to. I did try to ask if it was not the Red/blue, and it was slowing people down as they was thinking it was a emergency vehicle wasn’t that actually doing them a favor & getting people to drive sensible, lol
