Five stars because it simply works better than anything else I've tried. After one use, I went to my shower and threw away all of the gross files and scrapers that had accumulated there. I use this once or twice a week, use lotion regularly, and that takes care of the callus problem I never could stay ahead of before. Yes, if you hold it with the openings facing down, the shavings will fall out (i think it's called gravity). And yes, you have to be careful not to go too far or the scraped areas can be a little sore. But those are user errors. The product is genius. Of course, the cute pink color is an added bonus!

Don't get it, complete waste of money! Does not work and its a piece of crap! Not worth the money!

My feet are incredibly sensitive and I find the callous removal process of pedicures nearly torturous. When a friend recommended this product after successfully using it on her sensitive feet I was excited to receive one of these for Christmas. I'm sure the product works wonders.... but I couldn't stand it after even a few strokes. I would not recommend this product for those with extreme sensitivity.

This product does what it says it does overall. The only thing I would say about it is that you have to hold it up right when using or the shavings will fall out. And make sure the area on your foot that you are using is very dry or it won't work. I think it's more effective on heavily callused areas and not just small dry spots, and be sure to lotion after because, though it gets rid of the dead skin, it doesn't completely smooth the area out! But a good buy overall, I just wouldn't spend over $10 on this.

I was always grossed out by this infomercial but after purchasing a Ped Egg of my own on a whim I realized how wonderful it was to have clean soft feet after just a few minutes of vigorous grating. Everyone makes fun of me for this but I know they just don't understand! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have pedicure soft feet on the regular!

I bought this, and it has amazing reviews. Was surprised at the results. It hardly works at all. I'm used to using a razor to peel off old skin (which is fast!) and then a file. This works waaaaay better than the Pedegg. You could spend all night filing your feet with this. However, in combination with the aforementioned tool, it works well. But so would any file.

So we got this about a month ago for me, my mom and my daughter. We all have pretty rough feet and can't afford to go to the salon all the time for pedicures. After reading reviews we settled on the Ped Egg, and of course because of Breast Cancer and the fact that it is my favorite color went with the pink one. At first I was using it every day for a week and I think I noticed a difference in the bottom of my feet. Then I forgot about it and just found it again, my feet got pretty beat up again so I started using it again over the weekend. It is doing a good job, it is just hard to do my big toe though. So far we are happy with our purchase.

I had the original white one that I used quite a bit. Somehow it disappeared and I couldn't locate it anymore when I wanted to use it. So I looked for a new one to replace the lost one. I had always wanted a pink version so was excited to find the color I wanted at a really great price. Would definitely recommend this item to anyone with dry heels. Not only will it be a lifesaver for your sheets and socks, but it will give you great looking feet no matter what time of year it is.
