Excellent balance of protection, weight and fit
I've bought this jacket multiple times over the past few years and I'm very impressed. I work a 3 day - 12 hour shift MIG welding job and it's perfect. The leather sleeves keep my arms from even feeling the spatter, while the FR Cotton body is light enough that I don't feel like I'm going to overheat on these hot days (with a small fan to help with airflow as well, of course). The fitted style and side snaps also make it feel comfortable to wear, which is a step up from full leather jackets or just using a cotton shirt and dealing with spatter burns on the arms. The only caveat to keep in mind is that only the arms are leather. The body keeps spatter under control, but any grinding will burn holes in it quickly if you're not watching where the shavings are flying. All in all, treat it well and it'll last a long time. Even with my heavy use for work I still only replace it every 3-4 months or more - usually if I make a hole in it from grinding. 10/10 absolutely worth it

Love my welding jacket!
This jacket fits me perfectly! I love that the waist and wrists can be tightened to fit my curves or to let some air in! Nice weight, and great protection!

Awesome
The media could not be loaded. I bought this welding jacket for my wife and it fit her perfectly and the coverage on the neck is perfect. The leather on the arms are good and not so far the material is great, she does MiG and stick welding and she hasn’t gotten any burned holes. I do recommend for future buyers.

Sizing - Medium
I am a small parts welder in Seattle. I was hesitant to buy this product because I have grown to distrust any "women's" brands clothing marketed towards trades-women. This is because typically they are bulky and gross. This jacket, however is quite nice. The addition of the buttons on the sides to expand or contract the garment to fit more appropriately is great. The feel is great. I bought a medium because I didn't want to wait for the small. The medium was the right choice - this way in the winter I can bulk up underneath the jacket. Typically I am a size 8 tall. I have an average build but big chested. The medium fit well. Would recommend.

Great for a small girl!
I purchased this item for my Shielded Metal Arc Welding class (Stick welding). I'd say I am a dress size 0/2 (5'3" 125 lb size 00 jeans), and Miller's smallest size did not fit me, so I was excited to see a women's jacket in the same price range that fit. It looks cute, bur more importantly provides great protection. Not once did I notice heat permeating through the material, and I was often very close to the electrodes. There's a nice collar to protect the neck area, buttons to seal off the wrist area, and a nice pocket to hold some vice grips. I have large shoulders for a woman, and I was very comfortable in this jacket (unlike some flannel shirts I've tried on). I felt like I had a full range of motion without the jacket being too large on me. Overall I'd definitely recommend this product!

Great for tig
This is a great well fitting lightweight jacket for women. This fits very nice and has good adjusters on wrist and neck which is great for vertical and overhead welding. Is not warm which was nice while doing indoor welding and was not great while outdoor .My only complaint is the cotton body is not durable enough for fcaw, this is more of a tig welding and or low amp/ volt welding jacket. Would not recommend grinding with it either. So for my use this was a good purchase at first but became basically unusable after one week which isn't great considering it was around $90
