Being made of mercury, is this unsafe or unhealthy?

I don’t believe this product to be unsafe or unhealthy. It is not made similar to antique mercury products and doesn’t have mercury or silver.

Are wings suppose to light up? First one did not, 2nd one I got for Mom not only did the wings not light up but also 2 " at top including arms did not

I don't think the wings are supposed to light up. I've never had a problem. Make sure the batteries are new though or you won't get the most from it.
