Are the finger gloves touch screen compatible?

No, but it it is a great glove. If you use a muff, Sitka's "Hangar" glove is touchscreen compatible and I use for everything from hunting to running.

Can you use your cell phone with these mitts?

The Flip mitt internal glove does not have the touch screen function sewn in. You have to take the glove off to use your smartphone. I hope this helps

Anyone using these while riding an atv in the winter

Yes, I use them primarily while riding an atv. I can say they work great! I've never had a pair of glove/glomitts that block wind better that this pair. They are a little spendy, but worth the money!
