Great to have
This is a nice device to have given that the current pandemic is a respiratory disease. I ordered this device expecting it to do really only one thing. Give an accurate representation of blood oxygen and heart rate. This device does seemingly well in that regard. I have a neighbor with another pulse ox from a local store and we compared the two to see if there were any differences in the readings to measure accuracy. They were pretty much identical to one another.I do like that this device also has a battery level indicator, which is something that my neighbors doesn’t have. Definitely seems to do what it should for a price point that works.

Accurate
Good purchase, seems to be accurate as I manually measured my HR while using the device and it matched. Came with 2 AAA batteries and a hanging loop. Fits in a pocket as it’s very compact. Would be great while working with patients and easy to clean. I definitely would recommend it.

Buy It!!! Just Buy it!!!
Buy it !!!!!!! This little gizmo saved my life and my mother’s life from f**** Covid 19. My mother oxygen level dropped to 72 and oh my god I called the ambulance and got it to the hospital where she fought for her life!!! She’s in home now recovering thank God and all the blessings. Then I my self ended in the hospital because my oxygen level dropped down to 82 it was time to go. Call the ambulance and they appreciate the fact that I had this little thing heck I even took with me to the hospital where all my nurses and Doctors were amazed that I had this thing and told me I did god job for having it. Because of this I am alive and so is my mother. Please please please if you can buy it. No this people did no pay me to write this review and no I am not kissing butt Eather. I am just very grateful with this people and their product because they save my life besides my doctors and nurses and my mothers life also..!!!

Must have for COPD patients!
I was really happy to get this for my mom amidst this covid pandemic. She has severe COPD and needs to constantly monitor her oxygen. I don't have anything else to compare it too but it does seem accurate in that when the numbers are lower, she is having a harder time breathing so it's definitely ballpark correct! The pulse rate matches what my Fitbit says as well. The lanyard is a nice touch - it helps her carry it around with her oxygen tank easily.

Works great!
Works great, exactly as expected, but I think it may measure just a bit low. My husband and I are both athletes and it pretty consistently says both our oxygen levels are 93 percent. At first I thought it was perhsps because my fingers werent warm enough, but it says the same for my husband. We can get that number up to 98 by taking a couple deep breaths, but at the doctor we are always in the 97-98 range. But as long as we know it may run a little low, we can take it into account. We got it to have on hand in case either one of us --- or someone we know --- gets Covid. I am a nurse so I am often the first phone call made by family and friends. Now I have a nice little pulse ox that I can loan out so that I have better info.

Peace of mind for under $20.
These are difficult times. Feel a bit of sore throat? Mild temperature? Is it just a flu? Or Covid? Anything that feels wrong could be big trouble. This pulse oximeter is a big help. It's like a binder clip, which you clip onto your fingers. In seconds it tells you your heart rate and your oxygen intake rate. I know someone who had some anxiety and breathing difficulties. But when this person saw that his oxygen intake was 98.4%, he knew that he was breathing fine and the tight breathing was more a psychosomatic effect. Recently another friend experienced some respiratory symptoms, and using this oximeter helped her to know that nothing was really wrong, and the symptoms then passed. This thing is very easy to use, and it tells you what you need to know. Get one if you need this type of info.

inaccurate and unreliable
O2 saturation, at rest, over 20 minutes, varied by up to 20%. At one point, it registered 70% when I knew my O2 level was not that low. Ten minutes later, without moving from the chair, it registered 90%. It's basically worthless because the readings cannot be trusted. I'm a retired RN and have used many pulse oximeters over the years. I didn't bother to try to exchange it; just pitched it.

Great part of a high altitude kit
Simple and useful. I bought this to read O2 saturation when exercising and at altitude. Climbing above 10,000 - I wanted to start measuring my O2 saturation to track acclimatization. I thought it would be a good thing to have in a kit when climbing with people that have little experience above 10K and predicting altitude sickness. Also using this to track recovery after workouts. So far the units worked very well. It required no setup and the sensitivity of the unit works in cold temps. I will try to calibrate it against a hospital unit to see if it reads the same. All in all I would recommend the unit to anyone with concerns about pulmonary issues or fitness.

Peace of mind all the time
In these times of a world pandemic having the right medical tools at home is vitally importantBlood oxygen monitor gives you an early indicate that you are breathing enough air into your lungs. What I like is it fits nice and well and no needles. The clear red lcd shows the numbers nice and bright. It’s very well made as I would expect any medical item to be.I check my blood 🩸 pressure/ heart rate and blood oxygen everyday.I would definitely recommend this 10/10 from me

Fantastic Oximeter and gets a Quick result!
Bought this to help check my Oxygen levels and also great way to get a Heart Rate reading quickly too! Check it versus my Blood Pressure Monitor device and the Heart Rate Reading correlates with that, so can confirm it's a solid reading which it detects - although it's very sensitive! Best Part it uses 2x AAA batteries, so eventually when the batteries die out, it's easy to replace those batteries - but say that, I don't think this device uses that much power!

Early Covid warning!
This little appliance provides an early warning for the onset of Covid by monitoring blood oxygen level. Easy to use and in my opinion essential in this worrying time!
