Dried Mint – Manana Fresh Mint Leaves Herb Spice - 3.5 ounces

In most of the US grocery stores I can find either fresh mint or dry spearmint but rarely do I find dry mint and I don't have any patience waiting for my fresh mint to dry.I use the dry mint sometimes in salads but most of the time I put it in my empty coffee basket and let the hot water drip on it. I add some lemon or even lime juice to it and maybe some honey. This is the kind of "tea" I like. It helps the digestion process and it tastes great.The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is because, though it is a great quality of clean dry mint, I think it's a little bit overpriced.

I appreciate the size of this jar for the relatively low price. Not only is the jar big, the mint is not packed in too loose to give the illusion of a full jar. The product was delivered well before the promise date in good condition. I would have given it a five; however, the mint seems very slightly less intense than I would like it to be, and the sprinkle top on the container doesn't let enough through. The half of the container lid that allows the mint to pour lets too much through but I can deal with controlling the amount myself. I would buy this product again.

I've used dried herbs before to steam my vegetable and this does not meet my expectation. I opened the bag and could smell the herbs as I did with another brand. I steamed and couldn't taste the essence of the herb in my vegetables. Maybe I should have purchased the spearmint instead of the mint because I'm totally not satisfied with this batch of dried mint.

I think I'd like the company - they seem like they say the right things, but this mint was NOT good. It's full of stems and brown pieces, the leaves are pale and it barely smells minty at all. I was sad that it didn't live up to the promise. But maybe the feedback here will persuade them to do a better job with the product.

I expected it to be more finely ground. It contained a lot of stems, but it was still usable. I ran it through my food processor

It was received as expected. I just wish the bottle was smaller. It will take forever to finish this amount.

this product had a lot of stems in it. other products bought in the past had no stems. these stems have to be hand picked out of the leaves, and it is very difficult and time consuming. wouldn't buy this product again.

it was not at all like dried mint that one finds in the grocery store isle. I suppose it might be more real, but it was too light & fluffy for me to be able to use well.
