Nice part, good price, a must replace item after 5 years.
Nice time delay relay, and works well. The time delays are perfect, 10 seconds to fan on, and 1 minute to fan off after compressor shutdown to gain remaining cold from evaporator coils. Broke the old one apart to view the contacts and heat disc, they were in bad shape. This is a must replace item after 5 years, just like contactors and capacitors. When your AC starts acting up just place this item on the parts list. The price on Amazon is inexpensive.

Very good replacement part
It is a great replacement part for my Goodman air handler model A61-10. The original part is 15 years old and making loud "bang" noise when switching the blower on and off. Took me only a few minutes to replace. The new part works very well and is much quieter.

It did its job. I'm not going to write a big technical report giving you the pros and cons of this part. Mostly because I don't understand it. IF you are looking for that kind of information you probably should be looking somewhere besides here on Amazon. I had this part go out on my heat and air unit. I bought it and had not had a chance to replace it. I got home last week after work one night when it was snowing, of course this was when the unit decided to have the relay trip. So in 10-15 minutes I replaced the part and we had heat again. Nothing to complicated. The lugs or prongs attaching the wires to the tabs on this OEM part were pretty stuck on and had to use a pair of pliers to pull them off. Along with the pliers I used a screwdriver to disconnect the screws mounting the base plate to the heating unit. If you can do minor repairs this part is not that hard to install.

Do not know about the product because Fedex was very late delivering. the product was for air conditioning unit and probably would have worked well but we will never know because we had to use a repairman that installed the identical part and more than quadrupled the price plus a service fee, The oppressive forced us to call the repair service.

My Goodman AW30-08C air handler had an issue where the fan would not cycle without an extended cool-down period. Some research led me to believe the sequencer was overheating, so I replaced it with this part. Installation took 5 minutes and everything is back to normal. Make sure the electricity is off before you go poking around near the air handler.
