Asus A509 15.6-inch Laptop, Intel Core i5-1035G1, 20 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, Windows 10 Pro

Bought this to replace my 8 year old laptop. Arrived days before promised delivery. It is super light (although I don't carry it around often). Just opened it and started using - no need to download complicated stuff or use a guide book (!) to get it started. Particularly appreciate the keyboard layout - easier for my smallish hands to detect the shift and return keys. Don't like Windows 10, but that's not the fault of the vendor or the manufacturer. Hate the pre-loaded Microsoft software, which I won't use and have thrown out. I have traded up in terms of price this time, as I want it to last, and also because of the necessity of good communication by Zoom etc at the moment. Very pleased with the machine so far.

The battery runs down quite quickly if you video someone or zoom etc and the picture is hard to see if you not sat directly in front of it at a particular angle. The keyboard feels cheap, I think its good value for its spec and good for media sites etc. If you just using for facebook or work i would buy cheaper spec if im honest but overall 3 stars out of 5
