Good bat for contact or power hitters
My 11yr old son moved up from a 30/20 Easton XL1 (regular barrel) to this 2-5/8 heavier version (31/23). Excellent pop - the ball comes off the bat with good velocity. The barrel is longer than most bats (with a short handle), making it very forgiving on inside pitches/jam shots.I purchased this bat to help in the transition to move up to a BBCOR (~28 ounces)...so far, he's swinging it with ease as he finds it well balanced without a lot of drag. My son is not considered a power hitter, but this bat has helped him drive the ball harder and for more distance..great for line drives in the gap and for the occasional one over the fence.

overall good buy
Great bat, slight chipping of the paint but nothing major. Grip could be better the yellow did not stay clean looking very long. Overall good bat if you are looking for and end loaded bat with a large sweet spot.

Great bat right out of the package
Arrived on time - a little heavy for my small 12 year old but having to move up in weight due to school ball. Great bat right out of the package. My son will only use the Easton XL1 - has retired one already.
