The resistance bands are produced with our unique immersion process from 100% natural latex that we import from Malaysia. No additional plasticisers, coagulants or fillers are used, which would contaminate or harden the latex. The product is professionally manufactured to ISO9001 standards – 2008Resistance bands are ideal for:* Squats and bench training* Bench presses with reverse band* Presses * Leg curls with band* Ankle training* Dynamic squat training * Deadlifts with reverse band * Push-ups with band Resistance bands are safer and more effective than dumbbells as the dumbbells only pull downwards, while the resistance bands work in any angle, which shapes and tones the body safely.* Resistance bands provide a isotonic muscle training, with gradual resistance changes in the movement.* The more you stretch the bands the more resistance you feel and this is much more effective than using traditional weights.* Many exercises with the resistance bands are focused on functional training with complex movements which affect entire muscle groups instead of just isolated muscles.* Unlike the dumbbells resistance bands have no momentum, which is a lot safer, since the momentum of the heavy dumbbells can cause ligaments to tear because they can’t stretch as far.© Copyright owner of photos and text, which should not be reproduced without express permission, is Affordable Fitness Equipment.

Great Tension
This band provides awesome tension. I haven't yet used it for many different exercises, but I do like to attach it to a post at shoulder height and with extended arms, do some oblique twists and hold the position to really feel the work being done. If I could change anything, I'd like it to be a tad bit longer so I could do some advanced planking stuff with it but I suppose I'll by a different tool for that. Overall, this is a fine piece of equipment that all serious trainers should use.

A versatile heavy band, great for pull ups!
These are a useful item, much thicker and stronger than the yoga bands. I got these to help improve my pullups. I was sort of stuck at the stage where I could only manage a couple. Loop one of these over the pullup bar and put your knee through the bottom and it gives a good level of assist, mainly at the bottom, where it's most needed. It also has a good resistance for doing some other alternative exercises too, if I'm away for a few days for work it goes in my bag and I can do reasonable squats, lunges, curls, tricep extensions and shoulder exercises.I can highly recommend this, it's got me to the stage where I can do sets of 10 unaided pullups now.

RESISTANCE BAND FOR POWER LIFTING - CROSSFIT - PULL UP - CORE - MEDIUM
Seems strong and well made. Time will tell. I've used this for pull ups and it helps me to perform several more reps beyond what I can un assisted, which is 5 reps at 13.5 stone body weight. Will also use for warming up and stretching.

Great as pull ups helper
I bought this resistance band because I have a door bar for push up but I am not strong enough to do repeated pull ups and chin ups and so I wasn't building strength fast enough. This resistance band really helps and sustains your weight (I'm 62 kg) in the most difficult point which is when you have your arms fully extended. Now I can do many and I'me building strength really quickly. I'm really happy with this and I recommend it.

Great strength and streching tools
I now have 2 of these that I use often for stretching and strength work. After shoulder surgery 6 months ago these have been great at both controlled stretching and resistance strength training. I have both the red (light) and blue (strong) and they have been so worth the cost.Would also recommend them for normal strength and stretching. I've used them in the gym and at home.

but great for other high resistance training
I weigh 85kg, 1.73m tall and this really helped me with assisted pull up repetitions. My pull bar is high so needed to stand on a step & put knee into resistance band before I could use it. I also have the "Strong" version of the resistance band, but using this on the pull up bar had me bouncing up & down (too easy), but great for other high resistance training.

Simple and effective - love it
Very sturdy band, does the job perfectly and is part of a few key items I keep at home to save me the trouble of a gym. I do plenty of different workouts with it; some with a post as anchor point, others not. For heavy duty consider using it with gym gloves. Naturally, resistance increases with expansion but this is a good thing neurophysiologically.
