Great kit, flavor, easy brew.
This was our 3rd batch of beer brew and this was the best. Has a wonderful carmel aroma and delightful flavor. Cream ale made me think of something supper smooth like cream soda, but not so. It's not real sweet, bitter or stout. Just a great flavor you can drink every day or savor once in while as a treat.

Northern Brewer is the best. Great packaging, superb ingredients & awesome customer service.Classic American Cream Ale was the first home brew I made. It turned out so good all my friends were begging me for more. I have made this ale many times. Ever time I make it it turns out better.This ale is easy to make and I recommend it for anyone's first brew.Thank you very much Northern Brewer.

The contents of the package were covered in the gooey malt extract making it impossible to make the beer.

didn't receive yeast or priming sugar
I received this kit as a gift. It is advertised as including the yeast and priming sugar, but I never got either.... Now I have to buy both... Not such a great deal.
