The fabric is a medium weight cotton and hangs nicely. The toile pattern is lovely. I purchased these for my dining room and to coordinate with the kitchen toile curtains and so pleased I did! The tie backs are included but I prefer to hang them straight or might use a cord tie back if needed. I am very satisfied with my purchase and are a good value!

The quality of these curtains are evident the moment you take them from the bag - they have a very nice weight without being too thick. They do not totally block the light, so if that's what you're looking for, select something else, but they are light filtering. They allow the right amount of light to enter the room, but still provide plenty of privacy.All that being said, these are very lovely curtains at an affordable price. The pattern is very pleasing and you will be happy with this purchase.

Look good but I am confused on the thermal part. These are very thin and normally curtains that are thermal lined either have a second curtain behind them or are a lot heavier.

Bought this for a mini dining room makeover so impressed with the quality, achieved the vintage look I was going for. Wrinkle free hung beautifully on the first try.

These are thinner than any Waverly I've ever purchased. It's fine since it has a light backing.The color is a navy blue. I expected a lighter "cornflower" color. That's fine too. From a distance, with the cream background, it appears a lighter blue.The tie backs are included.Photo attached is with no light on, to show how much natural light will come in.I'm happy with the pattern, though it is splotchy up close, due to the thinness of the material.All said, I like the curtains (not good enough to be called drapes) and will keep. But beware, not the usual quality I expect from Waverly.

I have had this same toile, One Charmed Life, by Waverly in red and cream curtains in my living room for years so when I saw that Amazon carried the same Waverly toile in black and cream I assumed that the toile print would the same size as my red and cream curtains and would have crisp clean scenes. I was so disappointed when I received my order and found that the scenes were much smaller, the print was reversed, and the scenes were very blurred (not crisp at all). A couple of days after I ordered these I fell and broke my shoulder, tore my rotator cuff, and damaged tendons and muscles in my shoulder and neck. So I have been unable to look at these curtains much until this week and now I find that I cannot return them because it has been more than 30 days. Very disappointed in Amazon and Waverly for such a poor quality curtain. I have just wasted money that I can’t afford to waste.

Love these, they are really really nice for my guest room.
