Super Poligrip Cushion & Comfort, Denture and Partials Adhesive Cream, 2.2 Ounces

I am a new denture wearer, I had my extractions about 6 weeks ago. I am at a stage in my healing where I have bone spurs and I need all the cushion I can get. I just use a small amount of this adhesive (with most adhesives, less is more!) and my dentures stay firmly in place for most of the day, usually until I'm ready to take them out. It also does a good job sealing food out so it doesn't get under your dentures, I just apply a very thin strip along the back to make a little barrier. It's a really soft adhesive, it just has a soft texture, and it really helps when you have tender, sore gums. It comes right off your dentures if you just soak them in warm water for a little while, you don't have to scrub, and it's pretty easy to clean off your gums with a soft toothbrush. I also like that it doesn't have any flavor, it really doesn't taste like anything, so the taste of my food and drinks isn't altered. Overall I would recommend this to anyone who has recently had extractions/immediate dentures, or anyone else who just has tender gums.

I like that this lives up to its name- I have a full upper and If I don’t wear it for a while, when I DO wear it again, it (the denture) hurts in a certain spot near my front teeth on my gums- I put a little bit of this in that particular area and I use what I normally use for the rest and viola! No pain, all day hold. I can eat, drink, whatever I want. It holds! The only thing I DONT LIKE is the color, and the taste- I mean it taste like every other non flavored adhesive so that’s just me- overall 10/10 recommend!

Love the feel and comfort, held well no slipping. The minty taste not a fan of. Hope that the minty taste would go away after awhile but it does not. wished they had a choice of no mint flavor other than that it works well and hopefully I can get use to the after taste after a little more time using this product. It does work well for lower as well as the upper plate. As for the removal of the product it comes off the dentures no problem but getting it all off your gums takes some extra brushing and rinsing. I will consider buying again.

I tried this for the savings mostly, at the time I purchased was around 4 dollars for a generous sized tube compared to the brand I usually buy which was 7 then he price increased to around 12.00 almost got a single tube.I saw that it said super strong so I tried it for a day. I was careful to use the same amount I usually do for a fair test. Low and behold in less than an hour I did a light bite test and felt movement on my lowers. The backside came up a little so I did a patch job with my old brand which without fail almost always lasts all day but is pricy.To be fair, it did hold my uppers but obviously didn't have the holding power of my old expensive brand.I like the tube design, tube material and quantity-its easy to dispense.One word of warning though, when you remove a dentire after all day wear, the stuff turns into a messy powdery paste with a strong salty baking soda taste. So salty when I removed my uppers I felt mild nausea which is natural for swallowing something so salty and bitter. Never had that issue with my other brand, liquids don't break it down as much so quickly.I recommend those reading try secure brand in the small tube, especially of your haven't been relined or are a little loose. If you buy the 4 pack iyou get the best price per tube.

To put it bluntly, this is the worst thing I've ever put in my mouth. I applied a small amount, and it still gushed over the edges. It didn't hold the denture down, but it was oddly effective at glueing my tongue to my gums. I was immediately horrified at the taste and texture. I couldn't get it out of my mouth fast enough, and then it wouldn't come off the denture without scrubbing for an hour. I was still spitting out little chunks of it all day. It had the texture of blended cottage cheese, and tastes like deodorant.

I purchased this after I had my teeth pulled before I got my dentures. When I got them I had some bone spicules. They were taking forever to work their way out so, I purchased this adhesive. It worked great as it provided a cushion between where the spicule was in my gums so it didn't hurt as bad to have my dentures in. It has great adhesion even when drinking something. The only thing I don't like about it would be the nasty taste in your mouth when you use it. I will deal with it though as I would rather the cushion and no pain. I will definitely be buying this again.

It is easy too use. Unlike all the others I have tried, it is easy to cleean. Others are so stiky you end up getting the stuff all over everything. That being said I sometimes have to apply it a second time during the day. But I prefer that to others which are so stuck I spend time and effort trying to get the other brands out of my mouth--painful. Thid product is comfortable to wear and doesnt hurt when removing..
