Only reason for one star is because it did not specify this was for the head harness. I just needed the base plate. Since it's for the head harness it will not mount properly if try to screw this in. Also, you will have to buy the harness straps separately if its what you're looking for. If you're not looking for the head harness mount, like I wasn't, then stay away from this.

Fit my USMC LWH, but not the norotos mount.
Like the headline said, it fit my helmet but not my Norotos Rhino II mount... kind pissed me off that Norotos QC is that unreliable.
