How long does a bag of this cat litter last please?

A pack of 3.8L silica cat litter can be used for 1 month.

Can this be used to train a kitten ? So far my kitten either doesn't get it or eats it! I have 3 dif type litter bags now with no use!!

My kitten took to this straight away. It might not be that there is anything wrong with other brands. Perhaps your kitten is learning about litter.

Is this suitable for self cleaning litter boxes

Unsure - it does not clump - it absorbs the urine and accordingly the box becomes very heavy as the litter absorbs more urine - I changed to a different silica litter brand that is 5ltr bag size which is perfect size for my large hooded cat flap type litter box. The 3.8ltr was not enough and the 7.8 too much!
