Good overall buy
The body came in good shape and the neck was fairly straight, but the only complaint I have is the hardware was not good at all (which is what I expected when ordered). You will have to get a good set of pickups for any of these guitars to sound good. The nut fell off while I was sanding and I am currently having a bone nut put on as a replacement. Another HUGE problem these kits have is that they dont come with any wiring diagrams. You will have to do some research on how to wire this guitar. The last thing is that I didnt notice anywhere that was pre-drilled to ground the bridge. You will have to do some drilling of your own to ground the bridge. (This will reduce the sound of your guitar when you aren't playing) Overall, I think if you are willing to put in the work, this is still a solid buy. I would not recommend this for beginners and especially someone without any tool experience. You will need a soldering iron, and a drill along with bits, and screwdrivers to complete this build. I have attached a picture of my build that is almost done. As you can see, the nut is missing along with the bridge in this picture.
