Won't replace a home nebulizer, okay for a back up
The inhaler was purchased this spring when I had pneumonia. My other nebulizer (also portable) died and the places I checked locally didn't have them in stock. Amazon Prime came to my rescue. I paid the upcharge for overnight shipping and got the Uniclife handheld inhaler the next afternoon.Don't expect much from pitiful directions. They are terrible! Uniclife could have done a much better job without trying. I was only able to put it together after going online for directions. I finally found a video that helped and put it together easily after that. It angered me that going elsewhere was needed. If Uniclife reads this review, please fix the directions.Otherwise the unit was okay for my needs.ProsThere are two face masks so adults or children can use the unit.Portable - I can toss the unit and meds into a ziploc and toss it into my backpack.Fits in a backpack or larger purse.Does the job, if slowly. Two plugs for either a wall outlet or the car.It comes with two face masks and tubingWall and car chargerQuiet90 day warrantyConsIt is wrong to say it comes with a wall charger. The unit doesn't have a battery and must be plugged in.Horrible directionsLeaves some solution in the bottom of the cup.Not much strengthIt took a few times of using the inhaler before I felt comfortable with it. If you don't hear the pieces lock into place, then they probably aren't closed. Learn from my fail. Check to be sure everything is in place before using the inhaler.Another problem I have is that the unit can't handle back-to-back breathing treatments without shutting off. I have to turn it off and back on. This may be safety feature that I can't figure out. It's hard to know given the crappy directions. In the meantime, I just turn it off and back on.The unit will leave some medicine in the bottom of the cup after an albuterol treatment. It isn't much but it is still frustrating. It's not be as sturdy as my previous nebulizer and takes a minute to build steam. The job gets done, but more slowly. I definitely would not replace a larger home nebulizer with the Uniclife until.I don't feel that it will replace a home nebulizer, and am in the process of buying one of those. It does an adequate job as a back up unit and is portable enough to go anywhere there is an electric outlet. I'm keeping it for those two reasons.

Does not work.
This product hasn't worked since I recieved it. The power comes on for 4 seconds and turns off. Now I cannot return it because the 1 month warranty has expired. I have read theinstructions over and over. They are so simple yet, no troubleshooting for the reason why it only comes on for 4 seconds then turns off.I don't have to use a nebulizer everyday, however I do expect it to work when I need it.I wanted to leave NO stars for this product, but I had to sibmit at least one star for my review to be submitted.A BIG thumbs down!

Good replacement for EZ Breathe Asthmanefrin inhaler
I formerly used a EZ Breathe Asthmanefrin inhaler that broke down constantly, so I purchased this Uniclife inhaler and I've been very pleased with it. The advantage of the Uniclife's design is that it can't become clogged because the medication is held inside a small plastic cup, to which water is added and vaporized to dispense the medication, while in the EZ Breathe design, the medication is vaporized directly through a mesh which soon becomes clogged, rendering the unit unusable no matter how much you try to clean it. The Uniclife doesn't have that problem because the medication is vaporized with a larger quantity of water, and then rises into an open plastic chamber, without any mesh to clog, and then is dispensed into the medication mask for inhalation. The only drawback to the Uniclife is that unlike the EZ Breathe, it must be plugged in (an adapter is included). Another issue is that compared to EZ Breathe, the medication is delivered in a much larger quantity of water vapor, so sometimes it takes more time to receive the dose then with the EZ Breathe. I have had the unit for a few months and it has worked great, and both the power unit and its components are holding up. My only concern is that since it is made of plastic, and it is very affordable, that it might be made of parts that could break down over time. It comes from Asia and its instructions are sparse, and not up to the standards one would see when purchasing a (more expensive) American medical device. Its performed very well so its not that there are any problems that are making me concerned, its just that if one is using this for medical purposes, they would not want to be in a position where this broke down. If it was made of more medical grade, higher quality parts, and had better instructions and some customer support from the manufacturer, I would give it 5 stars. So if someone is using it for medication, I would advise them to get a backup inhaler, perhaps a more expensive medical nebulizer, and also an inhaler that is battery operated in case of a power outage. But that being said, the Uniclife is extremely easy to use and great to have around.

A waste of money and cost of ER
I bought this for an emergency use while traveling! Just tried it and luckily I didn't die. It's doesn't work It leaks it's difficultto assemble. I had to go to ER for a nebulizer treatment. I should have tried it before return date expired but trusted it's sellers description. A waste of money and cost of ER..

Never buy it!
I bought this as a back up of other portable machine and I did not need it until today. I have read both good and bad reviews but I wanted to try. Unfortunately it turned out waste of money. If you do not want to die, do not buy this item. It works only a few seconds and turn it off. Plus very weak pressure. No steam comes out at all. Thank God I still have my inhalor to survive.
