This works so well it’s really does good at lowering appetites. Even when I do eat it’s not a large amount because I get full fast!! Absolutely love it. Used before in the past. Had excellent results. I wanted to change and try something else that combined both ingredients (fatburner and 5htp), instead of taking multiple pills. The other product I was using was 3 times this price and I have not seen any results. Started this again and within 2 days it has decreased my appetite and I have stable energy levels. I take this before my workouts and eat well. Absolutely recommend this. No jitters or feeling shaky!

I have not been taking this product long enough to rate its effectiveness BUT, a couple of things I don’t like - first, when you open the bottle there is a bunch of loose powder because the capsules come apart. Where you think you are getting 60 pills you have a few empty capsules because they have opened up and dumped out in the bottle. I am on the second bottle and both were the same way. The next misleading thing about the labeling and marketing is that one bottle, if you are taking two capsules 20-30 mins before each meal, will only last 10 days - so in order to get a month’s worth of doses (2 capsules before breakfast, lunch and then dinner) you have to buy THREE bottles. Just be aware of this before purchasing this product! That being said, in the couple of weeks I have been using it I have noticed an impact on appetite, metabolism seems better and weight has gone down by a few lbs.

I can only offer the short term effects since I’ve been using this product for one week. After doing a crazy amount of research and reading reviews, I finally settled on this product. I will say that I’m a bit confused as to how it works. I was expecting more of a “pre workout” type of thing, but the directions only say “take 20-30 mins before each meal.” I was expecting more like “take 30 min before beginning of workout.”This is not a problem, and it works great but this works more with your eating schedule and foods you ingest, more than it does with your workout plans.Nonetheless, this product has worked well for me, and I’ve lost 4lbs in the first week. I am on an antidepressant (for years now) and it does not effect it or cause any bad side effects.Just about every single day, this is how i use this product: I drink my coffee in the morning, then 20 mins later I take my medication and this supplement, wait 20-30 mins (get ready for the day), eat a bowl of Special K cereal, and then have a 35 minute bike ride on my home workout set.This pill works while my food is being digested AND it also gives me a killer workout! Holy cannoli I sweat three times as much while working out after taking this and really truly feel like I’ve burned calories.This is my second week so I’ve started taking two pills before dinner now too, but I haven’t gone up to the three times a day like the bottle suggests.Additions: there is no taste to them, easy to swallow, digest fast, and dye free!

For someone who takes sleep medicine that makes me constantly hungry- this is a winner. I am 140 pounds and just want to lose ten pounds so I only take 2 per day. One at 10 am, the second at 2 pm.I am not hungry at all. It’s amazing.I have read it doesn’t work for some people but it most definitely works for this girl.Sooo happy I purchased this and will be ordering more soon.No jittery feelings or side effects.For me this is a WINNER! I have been taking these about 4 months. I have had absolutely zero issues with digestive track or any other issues. No caffeine to worry about. I have lost over 30 lbs. they are awesome!!

I don’t like the fact that two sticky labels are pasted over the directions instructions and cautions. Spent a good 20 minutes peeling them off shred by shred. First thing I noticed from taking this is that it’s working like a laxative. So maybe that’s how I’ll lose weight, it’s just not fun to have diarrhea all day at work.

I purchased one bottle and lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks. I ran out and still lost a 1 lbs. I’m using it for appetite control. Along with light exercise and some fasting, I am slowly seeing results. I exercise in the early am for about a 20 minutes or longer. But I’m noticing a tolerance level. I take them 2 times a day with a meal. I ordered a second bottle to control my cravings thru the day. Hopefully, my body will adjust and I won't need them anymore.
