This one is better than my last cooling mat. This has 3 sub sections in which the gel stays in that area and doesn't move around to the opposite end. My previous one was an all one so I would find the gel would be moving all around and it never go used by the cats for that reason.This one is spot on, does the job and keeps my babies cool. They have been using it since I've got it, and it came in handy for when the heatwave struck. I bet these were like gold dust.....and they are if they keep you pets cool.

This mat may be claw safe but unfortunately not tooth safe.My dog chewed through it and because it is filled with cooling gel, it just leaked out and there was not way to repair it.From end June to end August that must be some kind of record.....oh well, she had two months of cooling......because that's the thing, this mat works. It does cool them down. But clearly my dog loved it that much she ate it!!!!

Cool Mat arrived in good time & was well packaged. Folded out to a decent size. Pleased with it.I wrapped it in a towel & put it in the bed of our 2 year old Rescue Breton Spaniel Audrey.The next morning there were bits of the mat all over the room. She had chewed one corner.I was concerned in case she had eaten any of the contents - but she seems ok.The mat could not be repaired (although I tried) & was therefore thrown away. It lasted no more than 7 hours with her.

This is the best thing I’ve ever bought for my dog. He loves it, and I can see why. It stays so cold and is slightly cushioned because of whatever gel is inside. I think I need to buy another one of these for me to lie on when it’s hot outside! Would highly recommend.

When I ordered this yesterday I clicked on xxl and it was priced appropriately £17. I was concerned when 50 x65 came up, and sure enough the medium one turned up.Surprise surprise, today it’s £28 if I want the xxl.I already have one and it’s brilliant, just don’t want the medium size, it’s far too small!

Product arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the mat and the dog likes it too. Unfortunately after about a month one of the seams had split and the fluid inside began leaking everywhere. I contacted the seller who responded very quickly and arranged a replacement to be sent which arrived within 2 days of raising the issue. Overall good value for money and great customer service from the seller.

Bought this for my elderly westie as he seems to be over heating a lot, he doesn't use it but I love it! Its perfect for cooling me down in a pinch.It is smaller than you would expect and I would recommend double checking product dimensions before purchasing but it's the perfect size for my westie.
