Fits perfectly

I got this backup battery for my Comcast router as we are prone to power outages in are area. The battery fits perfectly in the router. I’ve not had to use it for an extended period so I don’t know how long it will power the router. So far, it’s performing as expected.

Great to avoid short term power outages

I've had a few storms where the lights would flicker off then back on. Well my comcast modem would then reboot when that happened. So It would take about 15 minutes for the whole reboot process. Now with the battery backup I don't have this problem.

Not what expected

I bought the battery so I would have phone service if power went out . When I turn power off to modem phone only works for a couple hours than battery dies. So if there is a real power outage for any length time I don't have phone service. That is why I bought a battery with higher mAh.

Doesn't properly hold a charge!

This battery fits my Arris SVG2482AC. That's about all I can say good about it. It took 24 hours to charge, but I attributed that to the fact that it was a 6800 mAh, not a standard 4400 mAh. However, it never charged above 96%, began to discharge almost immediately after reaching 96%, dropped to 3% and then began to recharge. This second cycle never went above 90%, and discharged from there down to 17%. It recharged to 76%, but has been at 76% for about a week.It doesn't charge past 76%. 76% equates to about a 5200 mAh battery, better than the standard 4400, but not what I paid for. I don't recommend this unit at all. I guess I 'll end up buying one directly from Arris and keeping this as a backup.Don't like to write negative reviews, but when the product isn't what it's supposed to be you have to be honest.

Doesn't fulfill the prescribed function, as GSA WHOLESALE advertised.

Additionally, GSA WHOLESALE requires the buyer to pay for an unusable item. I am disappointed.

Would not charge

Battery was bad, it would not charge after a 10 days. I tested the battery and the unit went down as soon as I unplugged it. Returned for refund.
