I wanted this Aran Yarn for a child's cardigan, in which I am adding fair Isle Hearts of all coloursThe Green is a lovely soft green that blended well with the other colours and the actual yarn is so very nice to knit with, that I will use the rest for another single colour cardigan. Perhaps with flowers on....I find some Aran yarns are sightly thicker than others and that can be a problem in knitting FairIsle as the shapes don't lie flat, but this is beautiful yarn to knit with.Its an Acrylic/wool mix and washes up well too on 30°Recommended

Good wool.
I like this wool and it knits up well. however the photo makes it look a lighter shade than it is. Its a dull green and not an emerald colour.I was disappointed when it arrived.

No splitting with this wool
This wool is lovely to crochet with and I am going to recommend this to my daughter in law who has just started crocheting. It doesn’t split - which is a bonus! So soft and squishy and I absolutely love the colour as it’s a mute kind of safe which is perfect for the blanket I am making! Just ordering more as it’s perfect for me .

Not the colour advertised.
Not the colour in the picture, which is obviously disappointing but will use it for a different project as I want the vibrant green colour that is seen when purchasing the wool.
