Didn't taste like caramel, which is what I was looking for. The rich, buttery caramel flavor was just not there. Other than that it had the perfect fudge texture. I also ordered the maple walnut. The maple flavor was evident, perfect consistency, perfect walnut to fudge ratio, but again missed the buttery flavor that should be in fudge.Maybe it's me.

This is the WORST caramel I've ever eaten. Absolutely no sea salt flavor. IN FACT....It had NO FLAVOR. The consistency is like mush. Whoever s reading this.....don't waste your money. I threw away the last 2 it was THAT BAD. I am a caramel fanatic and have ordered caramel from all over the internet. This has just made the bottom of the list! A complete waste of my money.

In the last 2 days, I have eaten 1/4 pound of sea salt caramel. I have 3/4 pounds left. When the laws of physics and conservation of mass fail me, and I mysteriously gain TEN pounds, I may be sending Blue Moose a grumpy letter...but in the meantime, oh MY this is delicious.Pros:* yum. Also, yum.* The pound was split into four smaller loaves (is that what they're called? patties? slices of heaven?), which I thought would help me to pace myself, but so far not at all.* Very soft; I was expecting something chewier, but this is definitely a very soft squishy creamy caramel, not a chewy one. Which makes me eat it faster. Yikes.Cons:* Other than the impending weight gain, I don't really have any complaints. I suppose it would be nice to have a manufacture or expiration date on the packages. I was thinking of giving a couple of my loaves as gifts to friends, but don't know how long I have before it goes bad. I guess I'll just eat it all, what a shame.***UPDATE 1/2/2016*** One of the blocks of caramel was misplaced in the inner recesses of my fridge, and I just found it 2 months later. It's still delicious.
