Seems solid and well built; however, while my 12v socket still works, the dual USB port stopped working after the 2nd day it was installed and the weather has been clear & dry, so it couldn't have shorted out. Also, the shape could be improved slightly, as the outside edges seems to rub the instrument dash ever so slightly when the steering column is turned all the way. Not a big deal, as the steering generally doesn't get turned that far too often; however, I know that will wear with time. Would have got a 5 star rating, if not for the minor nuances. I will try and see if they will replace the USB port for me and update everyone later.**UPDATE: I contacted the seller, who responded immediately, and offered to replace the dual USB port, no questions asked. They have a fantastic customer service base and provide excellent correspondence. They even provided tracking for the shipment of the replacement component and are sending it to my residence in Canada, which will eliminate the need for me to go pick it up at my US address and having to pay the $2 handling fee. I would definitely recommend to others and buy from them in the future!

This is a must have for any KLR owner. The install can be a bit challenging if you don't know how to take apart your front fairing, but once its off the plate easily bolts on. The wiring is also pretty straight forward. Just two wires from the battery that branch off near the end to your switches and plugs. The ram mount holes lined up perfectly and the install took less than a couple minutes. The only downside is that the USB plug doesn't seem to be that water proof and stopped working. However most volt meters can be found in this size and I replaces the plug with the meter and it works very well.Pros: -Easy install -Essential for most riders -Well madeCons: -USB plug failed

Easy install and great fit/looks on a 2010 KLR650. No issues with clearance of the existing dash. It probably took about an hour total to complete the installation and it was easy to follow the instructions. I was able to run the wire without completely removing the gas tank. I had a friend lift the unbolted tank about 2 inches while I ran the wire along the frame. You'll need a torque wrench for the installation - I used 15 ft/lbs torque on the upper fork tube clamp bolts as per the Clymer manual specs and removed existing cable guide brackets. Ram diamond (RAM-B-238) ball mount fits perfectly in the center for accessories. I also picked up the Cable Matters (2-Pack) 10W 2A usb inserts for powering phones/gopros. Have fun and ride safe!

Its a good piece. Well made. Ram mounts work well. Only complaint is they provide AC120/240 switches, not 12vDC. BUT it did not seem to affect the actual switch operation and they do in fact light when switched on.

Installed on my KLR. Everything seemed fine. After a couple of hundred miles, I noticed that I had no power. I examined the harness and 5/7 wires had come loose. After trying to reattach everything (not an easy task with it on the bike), NONE of the wiring connectors made a good connection, so they would just fall out. None of the instructions mention crimping the connections and by looking at them, it does not appear to be designed for it. After fiddling with it a bit more, one of the connectors came completely off the wires and broke when I was trying to reattach it.It also scraped a bit of the plastic off my lower dash. Not a huge deal, it shouldn't be happening. Don't waste your money.

Excellent quality! Definitely get the triangle ram mount at the same time. Second switch is a aux switch that you need to wire yourself if you want to! I wired it up when I put it all together so I wouldn't have to take the bike apart again. Excellent quality and good directions. Needed to bend it slightly upwards to clear the "real" dash, but that was easy and no big deal.

Works great and I love the switched/lighted outlets. Very sturdy. You'll have to take apart your bike to install it properly. I wish the wires had been 4 inches longer.

Good stuff. I'm just a little confused with the wiring I received. I had to rewire to replace male/female. weird! Also my 12v adapters don't stay in tight. after few miles with the vibrations they just get out. Annoying, but it could be my adapters (although these same adapters work fine in my car).
