In a nutshell:- Very clear, solid build, and great heavy weight! Feel and look expensive.- Fits different sized hands. You can grip wider at the bottom or narrower from the middle to the top.- 2.5 inch ice balls and cubes do fit.- Design is clean and simple, yet different.Ice balls and cubes do fit. However, the narrower opening makes it uneasy to put that ice size in without the ice plopping down into the glass. I simply tilt the glass to the side and let it slide in.Once I saw and held the glass in person, I felt them well worth it. Wife thinks so too. I have tried several whiskey glasses and sent them them back but these are it! Just ordered more of these glasses. Get yours before someone realizes these glasses are under priced! Lol

Of all the available glasses for making Old Fashion drinks in, I would have to say these are the most attractive and functional glasses I could find on the internet. The base is nice and heavy and the overall looks are so contemporary that I am always excited to show them off to my guests. I like that they are less ounces than others because they will contain less alcohol with the ice in place. After all, an Old Fashion is primarily all alchohl. As a caveat, I would caution anyone purchasing these glasses to realize that if you are using Ice Balls, as I do, you cannot insert a 2" square or the more standard 2.5 inch round Ice Ball into the top of the glass. I switched to a 1 3/4" diameter Ice Ball and it makes for a wonderfully balanced drink. Overall, I am very proud to serve my friends a Makers Mark Old Fashion in these beautifully sculptured glasses and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was looking for a nice, sturdy and heavy glass to drink my whiskey from. This glass totally fits the bill. It is heavily weighted at the bottom so it feels very substantial in your hand. And the opening is the perfect size for a 2" block of ice cube when making an Old Fashioned at home. Makes the drinking experience much more pleasurable.

I ordered two sets of these glasses. I was looking for something that had a heavier base and would accommodate a large ice sphere. These glasses came in good packaging and arrived undamaged. Glasses look and feel great. Nice and heavy. I was able to fit a 2.5” ice sphere into the opening after a little thawing (just a touch of warm water or rolling it around in my hand). The sphere dropped in nicely and thanks to the shape of the bottom of the glass on the interior, the ice sphere spins freely but stays in the middle. Very nice glasses. Would buy again.

I recently returned these glasses primarily because of the challenge in holding them, especially when they accumulate condensation. The weight at the bottom makes it hard to maintain a secure grip. Additionally, the sidewalls felt thinner than expected, raising concerns about durability, particularly for gifting purposes during travel.

Bought as a gift for my brother in law as a replacement for some older glasses he had. They were different that what he had so I wasn’t sure how much he’d like these. He ended up really liking them and talks about them all of the time. The bottom is really heavy and feels good holding them when sipping whiskey. Now I need some for myself!

Love the shape and weight of these glasses. Perfect for holding and bringing the notes of the whiskey to your nose.

I have just received my Toowell whiuskey glasses and have used them on two occasions and am totally happy with them. The size, weighted bottom and sparkling glass makes them perfect for serving guests. I am pleased with the way the glass shines and how bright it shows off even when one adds the whiskey. I recomend these very highly and encourage friends to add them to their bar set up.

These are great tumblers that are a joy to hold because of their shape and their heavy weight. I plan on hand-washing these so they keep their lovely, clear look. Unfortunately, the narrow opening means you can't use the crystal clear ice maker balls - they're too big. I should have checked the measurements before ordering. Nevertheless, these are keepers for "neat" drinks.
