The first waxing kit I ordered wasn’t any use , it failed to keep its heat and the wax went like candy floss and wasn’t doing anything when applied on the skin as it had dried far too quickly. I contacted the seller who was quick with responses and sent a replacement out within a few days and the second one is definitely allot better and keeps the heat as it should - I’d definitely recommend this waxing kit , the wax is also gentle on your skin as I suffer with sensitive skin , therefore I was slightly worried about the wax beads but my skins had no reaction.

For a first time waxing warmer this was definitely a good choice :) Made waxing easy. It definitely gets very hot on highest temp. I found putting the setting on the highest with the lid off until the wax had completely melted and then turning down to about 160 with the lid on for another 5 minutes worked well for me, just so it is at the right temperature. Definitely test on your wrist before placing onto your skin, especially face or armpits. Very happy with my purchase! Also, the seller messaged me to make sure I had received the right plug for UK. Very good service. Would definitely recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  I have tried many wax boxes to no avail. Whenever I’m professionally waxed they simply use a wax warmer. I thought rather than paying all this money and lockdown I’d give it a go myself. This kit is simple to use and step by step instructions are provided. The removable tray makes cleaning simple too. I was anxious about the heat and it’s just the same as the salon. My hairs wernt particularly long but it even managed to get the shortest of hairs!

I received my wax pot today and it’s super light and looks pretty good - it heated the wax up pretty well tho I did use crème wax which I put in the microwave for a few mins first - that said it stayed at a nice consistency - my only problem is the temperature gauge it doesn’t have a mark on the dial so you don’t know what temp it’s on and I don’t understand the on / off light ….. maybe it’s just me but I just never really understood if it was on or off as the light came on when it said it was off but the wax remained useable which suggested it was on !! ….. anyway for the money it’s not bad at all ……

This is really good, can set the temperature and makes home waxing much easier... plus seems to be less painful 👍 only thing is its not good with leg hair, the wax doesn't grip the leg hair enough and just leaves you patchy...

Received the next day with prime. everything as described and use it. I've done this for the first time, after being used to have it done by the beautician. I'm just wondering why I didn't start before?It's easy to use, the quality is good, instruction at hand, you cannot go wrong. I was thinking that the wax could be a better quality, but in the end I did realize that my skin is not burn, so I'm happy with the wax as well.To have a kit like this is a huge money saving!

It provides a small, localised heat source that melts wax beads and holds it at that consistency for as long as required. This is a great gadget for any home waxer. It is like having a professional salon in your own home. I am definitely in charge of using this... and would never let anyone use it on me.Did I mention how good this translucent pink colour looks? Very trendy!!I highly recommend this product.

I was very excited to receive this as the reviews were amazing as well as the price of course.. but oh my god never have I received anything off Amazon like this. All the wax has melted and leaked I don’t know how as the packets are sealed but either way I couldn’t even open the box and get the machine out because it was so badly welded together so I have absolutely no wax to even use.. fuming to say the least
