Very economical replacement arm
I needed to replace a stripped out crank arm on a mountain bike. I couldn't find an exact match for less than the cost of buying a whole new crankset, but this was close enough for me.The pros: Surprisingly nice arm, especially for the price. I wonder if it's made by Sugino, or similar company? Mounted on a standard square taper axle, nothing "weird" about it. Did what I wanted for a great low price. Fairly nice looking for a low-dollar part, and cleanly cast. Seemed to have a very nice finish on the metal casting, as a matter of fact. Though this was very inexpensive, it did not look "cheap".The cons: When I received this, there was a spot on the black finish that had flaked off, likely due to the meager packaging, but it wasn't super obvious, and it doesn't really matter to me. A little more annoying was the slightly cross-threaded hole for the pedal. I was able to fix it, but somebody without the ability to do so would have been out of luck.Bottom line: I would recommend this if you need an inexpensive replacement crank arm to get your bike back on the road.

Nice replacement crank arm
My son had ridden his bike so hard he'd stretched out the hole in his original crank arm. And no matter what I did or how much I tightened it, it always came loose again after only a few minutes. So replaced with this unit and a new lower bracket bearing and it has been perfect ever since.Nice aluminum part, and the threads were clean. It comes as bare, but I painted it flat black to match my son's bike.

Does NOT fit Schwinn ic4 spin bike!
My spin bike crank arm threading stripped and warranted repair is scheduled to take 45 days. Thought I would try and repair myself. Ordered to specs but the diamond hole on this arm is too small for the ic4 Schwinn model stationary bike. This is a very lightweight crank arm in comparison with the factory provided. The โdiamondโ shape I need has rounded corners. Will return and try another vendor.

Light and tight fit. Will see durability.
It is a bit wider than the right crank arm but it's light and seems to be holding up decently. The fit is tight and it doesn't have wiggle room like my old crank arm which was stripped due to too much wear on the crank arm not having a tight fit on the lower bracket. The cap doesn't fit on the screw I bought to replace an older screw. It seems to be holding up but we shall see how long it holds up. Will give an update if it breaks quickly.

45 degree off. Check your old crank before you buy.
Turns out there are two types of cranks with square holes. This one has the square at 45 degree.

Warped, wobbly within 4 months.
With less than 4 months of use, it warped around the hole where it connects to the crank. Now it's wobbly and quickly pulls apart from the bottom bracket. Bike shop says they've seen this a lot, and would not recommend buying a crank made with this material.

I spent a lot of time making the problem worse before I remembered this
The crank arm arrived exactly as described, and ahead of schedule. Installation was simple and worked perfectly for a week.Either by incorrect threading or installation (most likely the latter), the threads at the pedal became cross-threaded and I had to file down half of them to get the pedal to install correctly again. If this happens to anybody else, remember that the threads on the left crank arm at the pedal are left-handed ones. I spent a lot of time making the problem worse before I remembered this :0
