Blatantly Lying about Product Size
Which of these edges, exactly, is supposed to be 1.5 inches? This is blatantly far, far larger than promised in every single dimension. I'll never be able to fit this inside my small form factor PC, which was the whole point of buying this product. Will be refunding immediately, wish they could refund me for wasting yet another week of my time.

Died After 3 Months
The pump on this unit died after three months of use. This is my second unit, and the first one died after two years. Would not recommend.

Two pumps two failures in a week
This is the second pump that failed. First one failed in a week, this one in one day. Coolant temps never exceeded 38 degrees C. My beil f is that the pump motor gets too hot and fails. There is a smallish heat sink on the pump but it still gets hot….
