Strictly cheap and avoidable. It's more of a marketing hype than real deal. Its simple, if something is compressible, it's not going to be dense, if it's not dense then it cannot be firm. Also if it has to be compressed and rolled for packaging then you can't expect proven materials like coir or latex as they don't compress much. What ever be the jargons used, end of the day it's a piece of light and soft foam. Not sure who was the first to launch it but now even the older brands are launching similar rolled matress. Another issue is that you can probably experience traditional mattress without opening the cover and return if you don't like, but this one cannot be packed once u unpack it for experiencing. So technically return can be declined if it can't be repacked. Bought it along side sandwiched coir+ hi density foam mattress of another brand and it's no match for it.Edit after 6 months: it hadsbecome a piece of soft sponge. Sinks completely. Sleeping on it feels like sleeping in quicksand. 0 back support, getting up is also a challange as there is no support.

Very comfortable. Firm. Good for back. Love the option for soft or hard side. The packaging was amazing. Vacuum packed. Excellent product. Will always opt for this brand.

Please dont buy this with the idea that you can easily return it if u are not happy with the product like other amazon products.. I purchased it for my mom and the matters did not fit the bed.. you can not return this item once purchased if it is not in damaged condition.. please dont be fooled.. please please dont buy this.. they have no way of compressing the mattress for return and u are stuck with a an expensive mattress of the wrong size.. please read the return 10 day t and c before ordering and order only if u are sure if u don't mind getting stuck with it for the rest of your life... This mattress is fantastic. I prefer the softer side but the convenience of just being able to flip it to get a firmer mattress is fantastic.After using this mattress my back pain is minimal...This mattress is really Extraordinary....

After a long time I found myself longing for a good night's sleep, it was then I started my research and took various brands and started comparing the comfort level, price, ease of transportation etc. I landed on Amazon and checked the mattress section and was happy to find better reviews with pictures and feedback. It's worth it. Peaceful sleep. No body pain. I wake up straight away in the morning. I m not twisting or turning on the bed to get into sleep. What a beautiful day... after that dreamy sleep.

For aged mom, the best comfort, got a feedback no back pain, it takes 15-20 days to adjust.
