I have just bought the Audeze Sine headphones, which by all means are NOT cheap, and was very disappointed it did not come with a protective case for travel. Especially being positioned as portable headphones...After some research online, I have narrowed down my search to this case, and the Audeze EL-8 case (by Audeze).Surprisingly, the Audeze case is not more expensive. However, it has several shortcomings:- No pouch for accessories.- No separation between the headphone cans (which is important for fold-flat headphones to avoid cans scratch or dent each other.- Advertises in big letters the brand name. Might be a pro for some, but if you want to avoid attention by potential thieves - not a good thing IMHO.Back to reviewing the DN1PRO-A case. I have ordered through Amazon and received it in 2 days (with Prime shipping). Amazon has been great as always in that respect.This is the first case I ever got from Accessory House. I have a collection of headphones, probably way too many... and take extremely good care of them. But for some reason I've never encountered this brand when searching for cases in the past, and (spoiler alert) - this is the best 3rd party headphone case I have ever had! Actually, probably better than any original case I have ever seen. Some of the great things I like about this case:- Amazing quality: the materials and craftsmanship are top notch.- The external material feels like a basketball: rubber that is very very grippy. There is no way those would ever slip out of your hands!- Metal loops for the strap (included): you can hang it on your shoulder, if that's your thing.- The zipper feels just great. Hard to explain this one, but zipping and unzipping the case just feels right. Again, great materials used here.- Accessory pouch: perfect size, fits inside the headphones headband arch, and has a metal loop if you prefer to hang it outside the case.- Separator for the fold-flat cans: this one was extremely important to me! Lots of people complained about the Audeze Sine headphones' cans scratching each other... Not going to happen here thanks to the separator between cans (easily visible in my photos)!- Case is large enough to store my Audeze Sine with audio cable connected, with no fear of damaging it. My review photos show both headphones with and without audio cable inside the case, for your reference. Works very well for both options. I wanted the flexibility, and this case definitely provides it.Quick note: Accessory House sells an almost identical case (DN1PRO as opposed to this DN1PRO-A). Main difference is the inside mould for the headphones. Outer dimensions are the same.I have not tested the other case, and according to reviews and photos I have seen - it is also great for the Audeze Sine, but will not give you the option of storing the headphones with the audio cable connected, which was important for me.I have seen other people complain about the case being stinky (literally, smells bad). It is true that out of the box (actually, out of the plastic bag) - it smells of a rubbery smell. That is by any means NOT a big deal - it is a manufacturing smell from the EVA material used to make the case but this smell does subside, and you can expect that from most cases as EVA is what almost every carrying case on the market uses as the base material. After leaving the case open on a table for 2-3 days - I can no longer smell anything. Problem solved!In summary:If you invest your hard earned money in Audeze Sine headphones, and looking for the best headphone case to store and protect them in - look no further!

I purchased this headphone case on Monday August 29th and it arrived on August 30th in terrific shape, well packaged and without having been damaged in any way. I own the Sony MDR -1A headphones and this case fits them like a glove. It appears to be much more durable than the headphones cases I purchased for my other three pairs of cans, although for my needs those others will work just fine. This particular hard case is just on a different level.I really like the outside rubber on the case. It reminds me of the texture on a brand new Voit football like we used to use back in high school. It has a non-slip type grip to it which would probably be nice if you were caught in colder temperatures or in wet weather. It appears to be very well built and should stand up to about anything one could reasonably expect to have happen to their headphones.The inside of the case has a very nice soft, padded blue liner on the top half of the case while the bottom of the case features a molded insert which keeps the ear cups from banging together while transporting and it also has a molded channel in which the headband rests so the headphones remain secure at all times. The included bag contains a cleaning cloth, Carabiner and a really nice strap so that you can carry the case over your shoulder. I probably won't use any of these items but it's a nice touch.After reading some other reviews the first thing I did was to take a whiff of this case to see what the deal was about the smell and to my nose it just smells as if it's brand new. It won't bother me in the least!This is a very nice headphone case. It's a bit pricier than my others but for the $19.95 paid when I applied for the Amazon card and the FREE overnight shipping it was a real bargain.

I bought this for my sony mdr-1A BT. I didn't expect the surface of the case to be this good. The grip-tech surface feels like a very fine rubberized surface that is very well made. The overall casing is very durable. I tried pressing it together to test how much give it can withstand and i was only able to depress it about 2-3mm so this can withstand compression in bags and luggages. Stitching of the zipper is even but need a little improvement in the finishing since the ends were not propertly snipped but that's negligible. I would also prefer the stitching to be in black. I think it would give the case a more classic but rugged look (just saying). There was also some uneven areas on the sides of the case but if you don't have OCD you won't even notice. Inside is also very well made surface is smooth and soft. The stitches are better on the inside. The headphones fits suggly but requires a little extention of the headset band to make it fit better. The carrying pouch for the chargers and jack needs a little improvement. I would have preferred it to be a little smaller so as not to get in the way of placing and getting the headphones out. Maybe reducing the length by 1-1.5cm would be enough.Overall i am very satisfied. I fitted my Boss soundlink around ear wireless headphones II. As you can see there is more than enough room. I tried to order another one for my bBoss but sadly it was out of stock. =( ended up ordering the DN1PRO. I'm hoping for the same quality and better fit. (Crossing my fingers

Tasche sieht sehr gut aus, stabil, gut verarbeiteter Reißverschluss, hochwertige Innenausstattung, Tragegurt mit stabilen Karabinerösen, alles passgenau für den Sony mdr1am2, Innentasche für Kabel ebenfalls sehr hochwertiger Eindruck und ansprechend gemacht. Also alles gut, aber der Preis ist mehr als doppelt so hoch, wie andere Anbieter vergleichsweise am Markt sind. War etwas gespannt, ob es ein Fehler war, trotzdem zu kaufen. Bereue den Kauf nicht, auch wenn ich mir darüber im Klaren bin, dass der stolze Preis sich nur lohnt, wenn man einen hochwertigen KH schützen möchte, sonst geht es auch preiswerter.

+ optisch schönes Design+ verwendete Materialien sind sehr gut (außen wie innen)+ die Verarbeitung der Nähte beim Reißverschluss und auch der Übergang zum Innenfutter sind sehr sauber gearbeitet+ passt perfekt in meine Umhängetasche+/- meine Sony WH-CH700N Kopfhörer passen in die Schutzhülle. Man merkt aber, dass sie für mehrere Kopfhörer Typen ausgelegt ist – am Bügel der Kopfhörer ist ausreichend Platz, an den Hörer selbst ist weniger Platz vorhanden, es gibt ein paar kleine Druckstellen+/- der Verkaufspreis ist ein wenig hoch aber gerechtfertigt, da man sehr gute Qualität bekommt.Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Schutzhülle/Tragetasche für meine Sony WH-CH700N Kopfhörer. Meine Auswahlkriterien für die Schutzhüllen waren die Abmessungen und der Preis. Da ich in Österreich lebe, war die Auswahl zusätzlich eingeschränkt, da nicht alle Lieferanten, die auf Amazon anbieten, nach Österreich verschicken.Diese Schutzhülle hab nicht gleich bestellt, da mich der Verkaufspreis abgeschreckt hat. Hatte vorher ein anderes Modell eines anderen Anbieters – ich war überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Bin schlussendlich dann doch bei dieser Hülle gelandet und ich bereue es nicht. Man bekommt ein sehr großartiges Produkt!

Carrying Case for Sony MDR-1A MDR-1AM2...: I bought this to keep my new Sony MDR-1AM2's safe. I use them at work mostly to house my headphones over night, occasionally traveling between home and work in my backpack, and might use it on infrequent flights. The case is very tough and slightly flexible, so it could probably take a serious bashing. The zipper is very stiff and inflexible, so not sure how long it will last. I prefer zips with big teeth that feel industrial-grade, as those are usually the first thing to break. The case is huge, and a bit bulky for transporting around. I think that's mostly to make it appropriate for several different makes of headphones. The headphones themselves are quite durable based on what the YouTube reviewers have shown in their bend and flex tests, so I might just use the supplied canvas bag that came with them for flights as this case will eat up my whole carry-on bag otherwise. The case comes with a shoulder strap and steel climbing clamp thing you see on climbing harnesses, so you could probably carry it on your person through airports etc. I'd be too afraid to do that in case I forgot them somewhere on the train or at the airport, it'd also be easier to steal them. At 25 GBP I think this case is a bit expensive for my needs, but that's down to personal preference.

Good quality headphone case at a fair price. It is well made and of good quality.Also...for those who might want to know:-The Audeze Sine also fits very well indeed into this case - should anyone be looking for an alternative to the standard or 'approved' Audeze case...which is no longer available. In actual fact, there is a lower central lug built into the base which stops the capsule yokes from knocking together....very useful, but that feature is almost impossible to see on the website photos.The only slight 'con' is the zip - it's very stiff, although it does seem to offer some element of potentially 'semi' fluid ingress resistance.All in all - highly recommended for the Audeze Sine.

Das Hard Case entspricht exakt genau der Beschreibung. Kopfhörer Sony MDR 1A M2 passt super in das Case. O.k. klein ist etwas anderes, aber aufgrund der Größe des Kopfhörers, bleibt eine gewisse Größe des Cases nicht aus. Die Verarbeitung scheint erstmal absolut in Ordnung zu sein. Das Case selber fühlt sich stabil und hochwertig an. Die kleine Extratasche (mit Klett innen befestigt) ist für Kabel oder sonstigen Kleinkram super und fällt aufgrund der Klettbefestigung beim Öffnen auch nicht heraus. Der Reißverschluss macht ebenfalls einen soliden und stabilen Eindruck. Von außen ist er im geschlossenen Zustand verdeckt und daher weitesgehend vor äußeren mechanischer Beschädigung geschützt. In dieser Form mir bislang noch nicht untergekommen. Wirkt sehr robust. Der ansonsten mitgelieferte Trahegurt und Karabinerhaken wären für mich jetzt notwendig gewesen. Aber wer weiß, wozu sie ggf. noch gut sind. Der, im Vergleich zu anderen Cases, etwas erhöhte Preis erscheint mir durch die solide Verarbeitung, die Passgenauigkeit sowie das umfangreiche Zubehör alle Male gerechtfertigt zu sein. Ich gehe davon aus, dass der Artikel mich lange Zeit begleiten wird.
