Product is either expired or the quality was totally destroyed due to improper storage. Purchased 2. They arrived separately. The first one as soon as I opened it I could see that the seal had failed because the cooling mask was almost totally solidified. I added some water and replaced the cap and later mixed it well. The mask still worked some. But it definitely wasn’t the quality I’m used to with this brand. The hot mask side also had an odd consistency but rather than being too hard it seemed really greasy and wouldn’t stick to my skin.Was hoping I just got a bad shipment from this seller but when the second one arrived 2 days later, it was in the same poor condition as the first.

Horrible, old product. The heating mask didn't give off any sensation and the cool mask was rock solid (I honestly thought it was a hunk of plastic it was so hard and shiny) and entirely unusable. Big waste of money.
