Quality Failure

I bought Bequet caramels for Christmas and they were wonderful…..some of the best I have ever eaten…..creamy with delicious caramel taste. So I ordered a large box for family and these were terrible….I can’t believe these came from the same company. The caramels had been pressed and squeezed out of their wrappers and the box was soaked with oils from leaking wrappers. But worst of all, the consistency was terrible….caramels had a grainy texture. I can’t believe this last order was from the same company.
