Great price for a great product
Great price for a great product! Keeps my camera completely dry in the pool. Even put my iphone in there and it took perfect underwater photos as well.

Easy to smear / scratch case but kept camera bone dry
It fitted my Panasonic DMC-TZ30 but I wouldn't say perfectly.Pros:- allowed me to take pictures in heavy rainCons:- a bit fiddly to use (to get the lens lined up with the lens holder on the case and to change any settings)- got smears / scratches on the case which did come out in my shots (on close scrutiny of the photos I should add!)- does not like suncream (do not handle the case after you've just put suncream on!)Overall:Would buy this again for what I needed it for - to protect my camera from the rain / misty conditions, eg it survived both heavy mist and a tropical downpour and gave me the confidence to wear my camera round my neck kayaking rather than in a far less easily accessible dry bag. It is far more lightweight than the waterproof camera cases and far lighter. Can't comment on snorkeling / diving / being fully waterproof as didn't use it in the sea.NB If you get one of these, ensure to use the enclosed silica bags - will protect your camera from condensation too, especially in 100% humidity like the conditions I was using it in.

Aquapac Mini Waterproof Camera Case
I have used this Aquapac product with a Canon Powershot SX230HS. With this camera, you need to be careful when you switch the camera on, as the lens must be lined up with the lens portion of the Aquapac. Once switched on, the pac works very well. The material is very supple which allows for easy operation of the controls on the camera. You can also clearly see the screen through the Aquapac. With my camera, the zoom range was quite limited due to the amount of room available for the lens to extend within the Aquapac. While out jetskiing, the Aquapac did it's job and kept the salt water out. I like the method of closing the Aquapac using the two rotating knobs, as there is nothing that detaches from the product, and so no chance of losing any parts.Flash photography did not really work with this product. While there was room within the aquapac for the flash to extend, the light tended to get reflected around the inside of the Aquapac causing a misting effect in the photograph. This is an excellent product for allowing you to continue taking photographs in wet environments.

Handled snorkelling, kayaking and rain
We were very cautious when using this at first, we used our older camera, with a small memory card and cheap battery in....just in case it leaked....but it was fine. So after a few trials we put our more expensive compact camera in that has an underwater setting and my husband snorkelled for quite along time including swimming underwater and we got some great clear shots of the fishes and green sea turtles underwater but also great shots in the rain too with it. Only negative is that the inside of the hard lens bit is starting to look scratched from the camera lens being zoomed in and out, scratches aren't affecting picture quality as they are around edge not in centre of lens cover.

Ok for occasional use
I bought this for use with a canon S90, after checking with Aquapac that is should fit. Well, it does fit, but it is a bit fiddly to ensure the camera is in the right position before turning it on. I ended up cutting up some plastic material and fitted it inside the case to act as a guide/retainer, so that the camera was more likely to be in the right place. It was OK for snorkelling and on boat trips (and useful to have along on a day trip if there was a risk of a downpour), but I'll probably end up splashing out on the proper camera-specific waterproof case.

Useful product but bit fiddly to use
I bought this as a stop gap until I can buy a waterproof camera, to enable me to take my digital compact out on canoe trips safely. It does the job, but I find it a bit fiddly, having to ensure the lens is lined up each time. Some artefacts on images - mainly just the edge of the lens casing, nothing major. No problems regarding the water tightness, but it does seem as if it would be easy to rip the casing when putting the camera in. (Hasn't happened yet!)In general I would recommend it as a temporary bit of kit, but I find it too awkward to use all the time.
