Waterpik Ultra Plus & Nano Plus Water Flosser Combo

Very satisfied with every aspect of this product. Operates very well. Deep cleans teeth well when used properly.

Package took over three weeks to arrive and when it did the inner box was damaged and the Ultra Plus did not work. I was able to return it but vendor was unable to supply a replacement. Cheaply made this product is total garbage.

Product was broken on arrival

My son has braces and our old Waterpik finally broke. So, we bought this as a replacement. My son is using the Ultra Plus and I'm using the Nano. Do note that BOTH of these units are smaller than a normal Waterpik so you'll need to realize that.The Ultra Plus is a bit larger than the Nano in both footprint and tank. The tank is 15 oz compared to 20-22 in a full-size waterpik but larger than the Nano. For my son that was fine. We like the 1-10 pressure control - way easier to control than our old standard waterpik where you were adjusting the water pressure and it was hard to control. #5-6 was comfortable for me but my son has braces so he turns it up to 8 or so. I also like the sleek on/off switch. The hand held controller snaps onto the body of the unit with a magnet. I hated the old waterpik as the hand control unit would not sit snugly on the unit. So, that's nice.The Nano. I really love the Nano! It is so sleek and small and is not an eyesore like the old waterpik. It is the smallest and I was worried the tank would be too small but it's fine. You do have enough time to do outside/inside, top/bottom and then you're out so you need to be ready to go but enough water. The pressure control is good with levels 1-3. Not as much pressure as the Ultra Plus (that has 1-10 settings) but for me #3 is strong enough for me. Love this new design!Overall, I think both are great units just bear in mind they are not full size but fine if you don't need to do 2-3x around. The only improvement I would ask for is a tray to go under the units so they don't splash all over our nice marble counters.

I’m not a product designer, just a consumer. Using products, you wonder who designed it; genius or idiot? Obviously, each person will have their own opinion about design aspects.The main system of this unit: design elements that lack thought or consideration for the consumer-1. Grabbing the top will allow the bottom to fall as it is not secured. Water will fall everywhere if the reservoir is filled and that drops. Granted, this reservoir is detachable to allow easy filling. However, a mechanism that allows you to unlatch it for filling would prevent the common process of grabbing items from the top when moving it, and it falls. 2. Hate the coiled tube. Just me, I hate it. 3. Pressing the button on the gun stops the water jet flow. Hate this. Typically you pull the trigger to start something, not stop it. Why change the nature of the universe?!? 4. AND finally, the rubber foots on the bottom. You want black smudges all over the place, well rub those rubber foots on everything. Have fun!I think these product designers do this on purpose: they hate consumers!

Was not what I expected.. very loud pump and didn’t come with the travel pick .. piece of junk.

Makes flossing so much easier, and the travel flosser is very convenient
