The brake caliper was sticking, the bell did not work, the front shock was leaking. After days of back and forth with emails I made it clear I did not pay 1500.00 for bike to work on it and provide R & D feedback to them. I contacted Amazon and they assisted me with how to use the A to Z system. I then contacted American Express and sent them the documents and video since I have buyer protection through American Express.I read the reviews before the purchase and many people were happy and did not have any issues. The bike was fun to ride the little I had the opportunity before working on it to get it back home. I guess it was my turn to get the bad apple. They did pay to ship the bike back and then contacted me via email to approve the refund.The accessories I purchased for the bike I had to pay return shipping.The most important lesson for me is never purchase an expensive item through a 3rd party on Amazon. If I cannot deal directly with Amazon and have a direct return available...Never Again

recently purchased the bike it arrived in a timely manner and the packaging was in good shape and seemed to protect the contents well all the parts were there. the bike was easy to finish the assembly although the instructions were a little questionable in spots. the bike appears to be well made and all the parts appear to be of good quality it pedals smoothly and the battery charged smoothly and in a reasonable period of time. have not used it on the trails I hope to use it on yet. it is a little heavier than I imagined and it is approximately 80 inches in length which makes it a little hard to place it in the rear of a short bed pickup

Its really good and I love but don't buy it unless Your over 6 ft tall wish they mention that made more clear how tall you have to be to ride it.

What a bike!!! Every day when I take this bike out, I get so many compliments and so many turns of heads and fingers pointing...Compliments like “wow! what a bike” or “nice bike” or “that’s a Armageddon” or “ now that’s a bike”....This didn’t come with fenders, then a few days later, they had it posted with fenders, for a promotion. So I called up ecotric, and they were happy to send me a pair of fenders.I thought the price was too high, but with the structure and built of the bike, it was worth it, along with the every day compliments..I’m the only one in my neighborhood with “the hummer” that’s what ecotric calls it, I haven’t seen any in NYC yet...I LOVE THIS BIKE!!! Go get one....I called it “my armadillo”

I'm a big guy, 6'4" and was looking for weeks at all the e/bikes out there and most have frames that are too small.Them my wife said "did you look at Amazon?" Well kinda....This is a big bike at 82' long and fully adjustable handlebars and seat so after a few minutes I was up and riding.The assembly is a breeze especially if you have someone help hold the bike up while you install the front wheel.Plenty of power and seems like it takes forever to drain down . I did buy a timer for the charger so I don't overcharge the battery pack. Smooth, and quiet on the road and no funny noises at all. I've got 100 miles on it so far and really enjoy the fun I'm having riding this bike at 70 years of age.Buy it, you'll like it.

Assembly wasn't hard, but did watch a Youtube video before I started. If there's any complaint it's the seat, I'm 6 feet tall and couldn't adjust the seat low enough because the seat post only goes in so far. I bought a new seat post and seat and it worked great. I bought the fenders and rack also. The rear fender was a little challenge to install, but I let the air out of the tire and I was able to to get the fender and rack installed. If you use the power setting 5 the bike will go about 23-25 mph, disc brakes stop you on a dime. I like the suspension on front fork and the fat tires really help the suspension overall. I really love the bike and I got 12 month no interest financing on my Amazon Store Card.
