With all the cooking I’ve been doing since this pandemic, I decided to buy a peeler. Some gadgets looked complicated and I wanted a simple easy one that does the job quickly and efficiently. This apple peeler works great! It also works on potatoes. It’s super easy to assemble (just 1 screw) and the suction grips tightly so it’s nice and sturdy as you peel. Today I used it to slice apples in a spiral so I can bake them with cinnamon, walnuts and brown sugar. I’m so pleased with it that I’m buying them as gifts!

Works pretty well. Not as sturdy as I thought it would be.

It was taking a huge amount of the apple until I reset the cutting edge. The core thing is a bit wonky but I prefer to just peel it and eat the apple on the core anyway. Easy to clean and use, if you're having trouble just turn it a little slower and it works good.

I bought this exact brand of apple peeler/corer/slicer last year for Christmas for my husband who always wanted one. I felt like the price indicated that this would be a good quality device.Well, time got away from us and we finally used it just the other day and it was so hard to use.My mom had one growing up and I remember helping her make apple sauce and baked treats when apple season came around but our apple slicer was built like a tank. It was heavy and sturdy.This one is so cheap and flimsy. All the parts are thin and the wingnut and bolts spin and spin while putting the apple through even after going very slowly.The Williams and Sonoma is twice the price but after cutting my fingers up on the cheap one due to it not working correctly I would say it’s worth the money.

Works just as described. Suction came up a couple of times but learned where to hold and works great.

easy to use, very stable, the suction base secures the peeler firmly, enables the operator to concentrate on peeling and not to have to hold the peeler down.

The suction is great, the product works great. I gave it to my mother for her birthday since she was having problems with her hands cramping. This has been a great blessing as she always cans about 2 bushel of apples per year.
