Flayed Corpse And Other Stories (The EC Comics Library, 22)

This is some of the rarest and most needed content style with out there now. But this is a good sign its coming back. Obviously I'm talking about underground comix from the 70's. The Freak Brothers have a new cartoon series on TUBI also. Its free so please watch that too so the creators know what the consumers want.

If you enjoy horrific, disturbing and weird comics then this collection is for you. Illustrated using a simple iconic style, Josh Simmons explores the darkest corners of nightmares with this collection of short comic stories. Highly recommended for those readers who enjoy more extreme material.

Batman story is the best

I bought this based on some other reviews that implied that it was novel and thought provoking. It's just a set of boring stories built on body horror. The art is pretty similar to what you see on the cover for the most part, so I guess if that really turns your crank, then there might be something here for you. I wasn't a fan.

Although the previous anthology was a real masterpiece, this book, too, is able to convey the creepiness of the short stories collected here.
