They Sound Great in my YJ
I had to slightly enlarge the mounting holes on the speakers to fit over the studs on the back of my Jeep’s dash. I used the four hooes that are slotted in from the sides. I also used 1/4” thick plastic spacers on the studs to keep the tweeters from possibly contacting the dash. With that, they fit great and sound much better than the twenty five year old Sony speakers they replaced.

Great sounding speakers.
These 4X6 speakers sound loud and clear at high volumes. No distortion. No real midbass sound but great for vocals and treble. Powered by Pioneer GM-D8704.

Fit is perfect.
I put these in the dash of my 05Jeep TJ. They ARE a direct replacement with the brackets (sold separately $15.00) I’m pushing just 20 watts out of my JVC stereo. I replaced the sound bar speakers with some Soni’s I had around the house. I’m actually impressed. For those TJ owners out there the Kicker 6.75 RT slim fits in the center console with some modifications. I’m replacing the JVC with Kenwood 4 channel 22 watt deck. Looking for a good amp that is small to mount under the steering column. Hopefully I’ll remember to give an update. Excellent so far. Happy Trails!

Much crisper and cleaner sound then factory. Was going to go with the ds series. But the temp swings and frigid cold changed my mind

Sound great when they work
I bought these back in March and they sounded great I'm running them off my alpine head unit I had an older set that lasted like 7 years before the glue that held the cone and ring together gave out these where doing great till the tweeters started turning on and off out of nowhere they where tuned according to the specs in the box the font ones aren't giving me any problems may just be a bad set
