OK, I suppose if you have celiacs disease you might not, but this is still a win.With this machine we can just dump in our ingredients and then we have fresh baked bread when we wake up. There is no better way in the world to wake up.And the bread is delicious. We have tried a few of the recipes, and as always I am very partial to the dark breads.Cleaning is easy, as the center comes right out of the machine. It couldn’t be easier.The finish on the machine is a nice industrial steel finish. It matches decently with most of our other small appliances. It gets warm, but not so hot as to damage our counters.So it looks great, and makes great bread. That is win win. It is also super simple to use. I could teach my son how to use it I. About 5 minutes if I needed to. It also comes with a cook book of recipes of all different kinds of bread and some other foods as well. It is really a very flexible kitchen appliance, and that is pretty cool.I’ve had other bread makers in the past, and none of them were as simple and easy to use as this one. It is extremely sturdy as well. I expect to be enjoying fresh bread from this machine for many years to come. I am very happy about that.

After adding ingredients you just press a button lol. That’s how simple it is. It kneels the dough and baked the bread all in one.There is a bread cook book included to make it even easier for great ideas.Best part it even gives ideas for gluten free and how to cook with the right temperatures. I’m keto so this is awesome 👏.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Just put the flour into the machine at night. You can eat bread the next morning. It surprised me very much. The seller also gave anti-scalding gloves. powerful functions. I can make bread. I tried it the first time. No need to buy bread. I like it.

U{DATE: Company reached out to me & sent me a replacement machine. So far so good. It's been working just fine. So I am changing my rating. The company was very fast at responding to my problem.I bought this machine because we had a bread maker years ago & loved it. This bread maker had 5 stars & everyone seemed to love it. I have made three loafs in the past three days (one per day) trying different settings. Today I'm trying to make another loaf & the machine just sits there no kneading. I have tried to re-set the machine three times. It just sits there counting the clock down. No I don't have it set on time-delay. The cook book that comes with the machine has very little instruction for using with this machine. Many very strange recipes so it is useless to me. Will be returning it.

My great uncle Buck Davis was a Master Cook in the Navy. After he retired, he was the Head Dietician at a hospital. He literally cooked all his life. Even at home. He would get up early in the morning and make fresh bread. That's where I got the bug. Buck ALWAYS had the most delicious bread with our breakfast. I started baking bread about 10 years ago. But, not very often because it is SO MUCH WORK. I've been wanting a bread machine since forever. But, I've been putting it off. Because a good one is SO DARNED EXPENSIVE. Finally, I found one that is a great machine at a fair price. I've only made one loaf so far. And, I made the mistake of selecting 'dark' for whole wheat bread. It was a little TOO dark. But, that was my fault.Here's what I really like about the Rozmoz bread machine: First, it has a greater range of automatic programs than many others. You can just select that program instead of manually setting all of the individual functions for that bread. Next, it has THREE loaf sizes, where most machines only offer two. Next, you CAN set it up manually, if you are creating a specialty bread. The loaf pan itself is CERAMIC coated instead of the typical Teflon like nonstick coating. Its much more durable, won't discolor, won't scorch, won't scratch, won't peel. Some machines have the bubble button control panel. This one is like a touch screen on your cell phone, smooth glass that won't wear out. The entire cabinet is 430 class stainless steel, NO PLASTIC. Most important of all is the function. The electronics, mechanics final product of this machine are all top notch. I am very pleased with this bread machine and highly recommend it. Five stars.

There are instructions but not thorough enough for beginners. I had a different bread maker years ago that wasn't as nice as this one but had many more recipes for everyday breads. There are fancy breads in the enclosed recipe book maybe appropriate for holidays or to impress guests. That doesn't apply with me. Fortunately there are plenty of recipes if you search for them in the internet. Instructions are sparse, more appropriate for experienced bakers.It is sharp looking; the ceramic tub is easy to clean; bread is baked satisfactorily with different crust choices. There is also a convenient knead cycle. You can leave the dough inside the bread maker for it to rise. It is also quite silent. Be aware recipes are measured in grams; your own conversion will be necessary.I'm happy with it and I'll keep it. Just wish it had more common, regular use recipes. Now I need to find a cover for it.I recommend the purchase and don't regret having it. Just note my comments above. Happy baking!

The Rozmoz Bread Maker is stylish and sleek and takes up far less room than I thought it would. I love that it is stainless steel and that the coating does not show fingerprints. I also really love the LCD digital touch top panel. It looks so high tech and is attractive enough that you can leave it on display on your countertop, if you so choose. I have only used the Bread Maker twice since its arrival, both times making the "Basic White Bread" recipe. Wow! It was super easy to use and the bread was just delicious, receiving rave reviews from the family. If there is a downside, it would only be that the Instruction Manual is a little confusing and I wish it was laid out differently. Also included is a Recipe Book with colour pictures which I was excited to look through; however, I found that the majority of the recipes in this booklet would not be something I would ever make or even want to try and the booklet is also a little confusing. While the ingredients are listed in each recipe, there is no clear method to actually make the bread. That said, The Rozmuz Bread Maker is worth the investment and I would highly recommend it. The machine is top notch!
