Coffee cherries start to bloom and turn red when they ripen. Our Purple Project cherries were given a little more time till they were purple and full for flavour. We picked the coffee and slow dried it on African raised drying beds.

Best coffee in town!

This coffee has become my favorite by drinking it with whisky. I like blackberry undernote of this purple project. This coffee has a rich body, so I prefer it with whisky. I would always drink this as an espresso. I don't prefer coffees mixed with milk, or instant coffees. So I would definitely recommend this coffee to anyone who would like to drink coffees without milk. I drink coffees at least thrice in a day. Or sometimes may be four times too, if weather is cold. May be this coffee is good as cold brew too during summer! I haven't tried.Their packaging is also good. It comes in biodegradable pack. These coffees are real value for money, because they are affordable, and cheaper when compared with other coffees in town. I would keep these coffees in their original pack, and finish in a couple of weeks. By keeping in original pack, they stay fresh. They have to be finished in a month, so that you enjoy the best coffee! I also like it, because it's from Chikmagalur, the hill station in Karnataka, and the coffee land of India! I lived there for 15 years. They have very good customer service too. Their staffs are very polite on phone. Definitely 5-star coffee! I highly recommend.
