product arrived exactly as predicted and on time. The remote is exactly as advertised and SUPER easy to set up.... like you literally just have to put batteries in and it will work (at least for my TV). The only reason that I had to order another was because one (or both) of my twin babies got a hold of it and chewed the buttons off while my wife was tending to our newborn... yep three kids under two years old. We're pretty smart.

this remote broke less than a month after we got it.
