Good quality leather, works great. Leather lace ties are good quality, too.

The quiver itself is fine although a little flimsy. The laces to attach to the bass broke when I was tying them on the very first time! I replaced them with two long shoe strings.

I had thought about a bass quiver for years and never thought I would really need one. This quiver looks great on my bass and is extremely easy to set up. I now have fast easy access to my bow and find that I use my bow a lot more on jazz gigs. A very functional product for double bass performers both classical and jazz.Thanks,TJ
